Mohammed and his colleague fitted my appointment in SW London in at short notice, drew from their experience to hypothesise on what the problem might be in advance so that they came prepared, and fixed my pipe network issue with a new combiboiler in a couple of hours. Muhammad came to repair some problems with my boiler in July 2021. Not only did he do an excellent job in fixing the problems but he also cleaned up a large quantity of limescale that had got accumulated in the cylinder which was difficult to do. It has been more than a month since he repaired the boiler and there has not been any problem with it. He was very friendly and went as far as to explain clearly how some parts of the system worked. I felt he was very knowledgeable and the work was done professionally.

Quick, very efficient, honest. A very reliable plumber who’s trustworthy and does not overcharge, i.e. a rarity in this line of business. Mohammad Ali is also very practical and think outside of the box to solve issues. We used him repeatedly and will continue to do so.

I found Mr Mohammad Ali to be very professional & knowledgeable about the plumbing problem in my bathroom which turned out to be quite complicated.

A fairly tricky issue with a blocked bathtub was resolved promptly and satisfactory. Before the intervention Mohammad was kind enough to provide precise ETA, and this was a Sunday evening... Cannot fault the service, and the price is right.

Just wanna say thank you to London On Heating and Mohammad for spending over a week working on our central heating in our office flushing all the radiators and installing a unit to pressurise the System.
Central central heating was in a very bad way and he managed to flush out all the gunk out of the radiators which was a very bad and got our system back up and running I would recommend London On Heating to anyone and will definitely be using in a the future thank you Mohammad for all the hard work you put in order to get our central heating working the way it should

Great service! Had a few visits for general heating maintenance and boiler malfunction. Each time short notice availability, showed up on time, explained in detail what was happening, and efficiently carried out the work. I would recommend to anybody !

Asked Mohammad to service our boiler as it was making strange noises and the water pressure was terrible. Mohammad was extremely thorough. He took apart our boiler and pretty much cleaned most of its components. We now have great water pressure and no more noises. Highly recommend

Mohammad Ali responded at very short notice to repair our boiler in the recent cold spell and since then he has carried out a power wash on our central heating system which is now rejuvenated - more heat, better balanced and with more pressure. Experienced and down to earth assistance with our underfloor heating system. Changed the pump, undertook a power flush, and worked through each zone properly (and took the time to do so). Highly recommend!

I was a bit dubious about his machine at first, but the reviews were very good, so went ahead.
Mohammed did an excellent job! Very professional clean and tidy worker. He showed me what had come out of the heating system.

Mohammed is my trusted heating expert. He asked to see the model of my boiler beforehand, arrived on time, inspected the boiler and radiators for me thoroughly and offered solutions, all at a reasonable price. I'd happily use him again.

I decided to book a maintenance visit to power flush my radiators. It was essentially a maintenance situation since I couldn't be certain whether there was any sludge in the system. I looked at several possibilities on line and decided that London Heating Expert had a scientific approach to the problem.
The on-line booking was easy and followed very quickly with a phone call from Mohammad Ali to discuss the system in my house. I appreciated the personal approach from the man who would himself carry out the work. I wasn't talking to somebody in the office, but the actual operator!
Mohammad arrived promptly at the appointed time. He was polite and considerate and carried out the work with diligence.
Each radiator was individually flushed and reverse flushed, and the waste monitored. The whole process took several hours, and I paid a fixed price that I had agreed in advance. He changed over a faulty drain tap without additional cost, and even went to collect the item himself.
I'm sure that he could have objected to the fact that I made a late request for him to re-fill the system with soft water (to limit damage to the boiler), but he re-drained the system for me without complaint.
I have no hesitation in recommending Mahammad, and am delighted that I gave him the job.
