Really focus on exceeding customer expectations
Great service. I have ordered a few times and all but one they have delivered exactly what I wanted when I was expecting it.
On the other time they sent me an apologetic email saying they couldn’t find what I had ordered; which is understandable with such a lot of cards. But they did everything they could to make me whole, offering me alternatives, cash back or credit. I selected a few cards (which were of greater value than the one I missed out on) and they sent those along with a few others.
I was really pleased. Made what was essentially an error on their side into such a positive experience.
