A Smooth and Supportive Renting Experience

Efficient & friendly
Macey & Ben were both very quick to help me. Both were very responsive and made my experience a lot easier. Ben was great at explaining all the smallest details in the place with full transparency. Macey was super fast with the replies to any of my questions or concerns, and just overall very friendly. An overall very positive experience with LPB because of them both

Fantastic Service from Start to Finish

Ben and Macey were so amazing and patient. Since i am dealing with this internationally there have been a few set backs and it took longer than i thought. They were both so patient and so helpful with everything. Explaining everything and communicating with me the whole time. I really appreciate them and all their help.

I am based out of India currently and relocating to London. I had on option but to do the entire renting online with all background verification. The entire process was so seamlessly done thanks to Macey Smith. I had issues with online ID verification and Macey patiently me through multiple attempts. Slow and tedious customer service
Slow and tedious customer service once we were tenants. Moving out and getting our deposit back has taking a painstakingly long time (6 months and counting). Although not entirely the fault of the estate agents, they have regularly ignored communications and very hard to get a straight answer from. Very disappointed with the service, considering the move in went smoothly. Be warned, and make sure you have the patience of a saint!

We are very sorry for the delay you have experienced in receiving your deposit back. Your heating is supplied via a communal system, and due to a recent change of provider, there has unfortunately been a significant delay in generating the final bill. As the Landlord would remain liable for any unpaid charges, we are unable to release deposits in full until the final bill is issued. I understand that the bill has subsequently been produced and that your deposit was returned to you yesterday.

The entire move-in process was made really easy by the great work of Macey! She would always reply to emails quickly and leave no question unanswered. Even when there would be a confusion or miscommunication from the tenant's side, Macey would solve it with no complaints - incredibly helpful! Highly recommend LPB!
