Macey from moving city is proactive, and so helpful, she responds to us in literally seconds, her energy was 💯. She ensured that we didn’t have to be going back and forth, she made the process so easy and smooth, in fact it was straightforward. She was patient and explained some things that we didn’t understand, like we were two years old. It was also nice to have a direct contact for her, if we have any questions even if it was 1am, we’d text her, and as early as possible, she’ll get back to us. We didn’t have to be going back and forth via emails, which at times can be draining, especially waiting for days for a response. She made this process so seamless.
