The advert is very misleading bearing in mind there is only one outlet in Asia and they call themselves Londons Finest... When I received the top is was like something you would put on a child....So I asked to return it but was told it would cost more than the price I paid. In the end they gave me back £4.95 for a £29 top and said I could give it away... not that anybody would want it. Please don't buy from their site... it is a scam..

Trainers small fitting,cheap looking and expensive to send back.They need to sort this.Definitely not a recommend.worst service ever.

Purchased a shirt from them, took over 3 weeks to arrive, very poor quality no labels on shirt or name on buttons, said Southall in a small lable, said they would give me a full refund now saying I said yes to 20% do not buy anything from these people it's not based in London

Should be a zero review. My wife bought a pair of trainers which split in the soles and toes after wearing just a few times. Refused to refund as purchased more then 14 days ago. Absolutely shocking product and even worse service

Ordered a ‘chiffon’ dress, the only thing the same as the advert was the colour!
Should be held to account for their untrue marketing! Now they want me to pay extortionate prices to return the item or they’ve offered me 15% refund?!
Chalking this one up to a lesson learned.

Avoid this company like the plague, it’s a big SCAM operating out of China. Also Melbournes Finest and other similar names…
Although I have received a full refund from PayPal who acted extremely well. The Chinese coy are still sending me the goods, wtf. I’ve cancelled the payment & order.

This is a company in China. You will not get a refund after you find out your purchase is not fit for purpose unless you ship it back to China at your cost and then must trust them to receive it in a condition they specify before they’ll consider a refund. They actually offer a 15% refund and tell you to keep the product. They know their quality is just woefully poor so this is how they deal with it but by then they already have your money in the bank.
Honestly, don’t waste your time or hard earned cash.

Avoid this company! Shoes tiny, no way their 7 is a 7, more like a 5.5. Expensive return charges and want more money for replacement. Offered another chance to order something but would've had to pay another £9. Decided not to risk it and put it down to experience. Shoes also say fashion shoe (or similar) on tongue.

There should be a zero star rating on here.

Some sharp practices being employed and you could be forgiven for thinking that this is a bit of a sham.

Products lacking quality and not matching the pictures or description.

Returns are to China and they insist on you paying for tracking. Cost is almost as much as the products.

If you value your money best avoid.

Avoid this company. I ordered two pairs of trainers. They were too small so enquired about their returns policy. They wanted £35 to return them and a further £10 for another pair. They didn't make this clear beforehand. Their customer service is minimal. I have put it down to experience but will definitely not be ordering from them again.

Does anyone have the VAT number and registered company details of this outfit? I would like to make a small claims court claim. Anyone had any luck claiming money back from their credit card? Tesco say as it is under £100 I am not covered.

My experience is similar to all other reviewers. This Company gives no indication that it is China based. Trainers ordered were 2 sizes smaller than they should be and when I asked to return them I was asked to pay tracked postage back to China which would have been £ 26, nearly 2 thirds of the order value. When I refused I was offered a 30% refund to keep the trainers. This company should not be allowed to swamp Facebook with tempting offers and a London name.

This company is also trading as Milford Manchester and Avery -Manchester. All scams!

I bought a green jean jacket and they sent me paper thin green shirt which the buttons were missing on. I asked for a return form on line and they said I had to tell them why I was returning the item first. I did ant they said as an ECO measure they didn't really do returns but they would offer me 15% of the cost if I just kept the shirt and spare the planet.. WTAF - IT is a scam and they know it but don't have the integrity to resolve. My bank will now recover the money.

This company doesn’t even deserve the one star. Why was I so stupid as to order a pair of ‘Orthopaedic’ trainers from them. Took forever to arrive. They are made with cheap materials, the so called orthopaedic insoles actually come out and are definitely not what they claim they are. They look cheap & nasty. I didn’t even bother to try them on. How is this company able to be registered at Companies House in London. I’ve learnt my lesson the hard way as they offer a 15% refund and say return expenses are to be paid by me which returning to China will probably cost as much as I spent on the trainers themselves. I’m contacting my credit card company in the hope they can help me. PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I’m guessing these items are being made by people who are paid a pittance too. Disgusting.

Like other reviews this company is definitely NOT London based. Shoes I ordered came from CHINA & are of very poor quality, at least 2 sizes too small & certainly cannot be classed as Orthopaedic with good arch support .
Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering.
Waiting to see if I get my money back from them, otherwise I’ll do it through the credit card company as advised by others.

AVOID! They’ll send you whatever they want and the return postage will be prohibitive. My mistake cost me £80.

If I could this would be a no stars review. Nigh on 3 weeks an still waiting on the order. This mob pretend to be UK based but are not, don't get conned, stay well away.UPDATE...jacket arrived, cheap crap, nothing like the photo, and four of the metallic buttons fell off!
