Noticeably they also misuse Trust Pilot. Clearly no reason to trust at all. 😡😡😡

I received 2 cardigans a month ago which i quite liked but they were far too small even though it said large. I complained to the company and they said keep them. Just pay £12.50 postage and we will send 2 more 2XL. So I did and they arrived today but were exactly the same size. wish I had read your remarks first. So now I have 4 cardigans that dont fit me.

Do not order from this company it is based in China, nothing to do with London
The information on their site is misleading and you will waste your money - no refunds given and no guarantee the package will arrive back in China safely

Wish I had looked at reviews first. Just received a jacket which took a long time for delivery. Only when I tried to track delivery did I see it was coming from abroad. No indication when I ordered. I ordered 3XL but the jacket is much too small. More like 1XL or smaller. Now I am trying to return it and the company say it has to be returned to Asia at my expense and it will be very expensive. I paid with PayPal so hoping they may help.

garment is size m or smaller i used paypal so i have opened a dispute with them . avoid this seller

Liked the look of the cardigan so bought it without looking at the reviews. BIG mistake. Took ages to arrive and when it did it’s far too small. Ordered 3XL it’s more like a medium. Tried to contact the seller regarding a return but they seem to be non existent as I have had no response. The cardigan itself is ok but is no use to me at all.

Fooled by the obviously wrong trust pilot score. Poor quality, wrong size, then too expensive to return. Just avoid this company, if you don't you'll be disappointed.

Bought two fleeces pull over quarter zip .very cheap and bad quality and ordered 3xl one fits and the other one is tiny got part refund.dont go near this rip off. its the cheapest rubbish you will ever buy .

the website lists their Trustpilot score as 4.7 / 5 with 2500+ reviews. I got a bit suspicious when you are unable to click through and read the reviews.

Quality and fit of the jacket is poor. Returns will cost more than the price of the jacket. Absolutely terrible.

Was about to purchase a jacket from this company but after a very bad experience buying another item from another company on FB, decided to check reviews on Trustpilot first. As with the other company, this one has very similar terrible reviews. Always always check reviews on TP first before buying stuff from companies that you aren't familiar with advertising on FB. FB are notorious for not regulating those selling on their platform. Unless you know a company is reputable, safe yourself the money and the hassle. FB you should be ashamed of all these scam businesses you allow to rip people off.

I ordered two items in 2XL size when they eventually arrived- several weeks later- they look like 2XS. I didn’t attempt to try them on.
I asked for a returns label and a refund but they told me I could order anything to the value of my order and send postage fee. I can’t see the point in ordering anything if they can’t supply the size I require. However I could keep the original items I ordered!

I concur with all the poor reviews here. To be honest, one star is not worthy. 4 weeks delivery, garments dreadful. 2 cardigans with the material pulled and very much out of shape. They have gone straight to charity....stay clear of them.

Never buy from Londons Finest unless you want cheap, poor quality, unwearable garments with no chance of a return or refund.

🤣My jacket arrived quickly, is exactly as advertised, and I’m very pleased with it.

I wish I'd read the reviews before I purchased. Same experience as everyone else.....no communications with the company, you can't speak to anyone about the delivery of your order, you just get the same standard reply to emails saying your goods are in transit !!!!!! I'm still waiting.

I wish I had read the reviews first . I made an error on my initial order (2 items instead of 1) and contacted the vendor and they sent me my overspend back , when the fleece top arrived it was too big and of an inferior quality . If there was a zero star rating this company would warrant it , forget about getting your money back I as offered a return of 15% of the £35 I had spent . A lesson learned I think
