Goods arrived on time however the quality is very poor, you can buy a similar fleece jacket on Amazon for a tenner, avoid do not make the same mistake as me!!

Goods did eventually arrive, but such poor quality. Polyester cheap, only half the fastenings attached.

Website is very misleading. The returns policy actually requires you to return the item to China at your own cost. Trustpilot score is faked.

Fortunately I used a credit card and no problem at all raising a dispute and the card company issued a refund

I looked up this company as I ordered some waterproof trousers from them. It seemed fine, they had lots of reviews on Facebook but I keep getting emails promising delivery and nothing has arrived. Yesterday, I found out that the card I had paid with has been used for several fraudulent transactions. I don't know for sure that it is connected but I am concerned now, especially since I've read the reviews of goods not arriving and difficulty returning. I've asked them for an update but still waiting. I'm now going to report them to my credit card company.

Don’t even deserve one star! Avoid this company, I waited over a month for delivery to receive an item that was of such poor quality and looked absolutely nothing like the pictures.
Londons Finest is located in China, it’s a scam, the items don’t look like the products that they are delivering. I was then emailing them for three weeks, I advised them that I wanted to return the item. They refused to give me the return address and said that I would have to pay for shipping which could cost up to £30.00.
Avoid this company, what they are doing is illegal, they need to be shut down.
I paid £69.95 for a coat which would have cost no more than £4.99 to make, I ordered what looked like a thick warm winter coat and received a rain coat with short arms. I don’t know how they’re getting away with this! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this website!
I have been emailing them for well over a month and still no progress with them! They are quite literally useless!

Courier didn’t deliver for 3 months and after numerous emails to Londons finest the trousers arrived but far too small !!
Don’t ever buy from them , it’s a huge scam!!

Purchased cardigan but when received the quality was bad. When asked for a full refund, have been told that the item has to be returned to China which will cost more than what I paid which was £29.99. The company said to keep the garment and they would give me 15% of the price paid. COMPLETE SCAM

Terrible quality, cheap garbage.

I bought a pair of women's trousers from this company. When they arrived they were too small, so I contacted them to return them. After several emails, I am still waiting for the returns form and address where to send them to. They have offered me a 15% refund and I can keep the trousers, and then offered me a 30% refund. They are now offering to send me another item from their website to the value of the trousers. They still haven't given me the address and return details. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

London’s finest is a Chinese company which makes cheap, ultra low quality products and fails to offer a practical solution to return goods (courier to China at own expense). No information on where the company is located is given in the About Us section, which instead provides a fake photo of a seemingly family run, western business. Totally misleading.

Absolute rubbish quality and nothing like the pictures on the website, wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering.

Order never arrived emails went unanswered,tracking number was bogus ,feel so angry at myself for being conned,DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM .

unfortunately i have to give 1 star when i would not give any. Ridiculous return policies and I am in uk and told cost of postage was in $ not £ so do not take note of where the parcel was sent. Ordered trousers too small no where near their size chart. Told to keep item but it was no use and then get new size for enormous postage and not sure if that would fit. Item good quality a pity not good sizing. You have to email them and get reply for initial details for ordering. Name suggests London but not true. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Is it a SCAM ?? - London's Finest do not display a returns policy on their website - they just advise to get in touch via email.
My Wife bought some shoes that turned out to be unsuitable and requested to return them but returns have to be sent to a warehouse in China at the customers expense - a cost of at least £30. This is not made clear on their website. The experience of using this company makes you feel like you've just been scammed. We'll never use them again and would advise anyone else not to use them.
Addendum - just noticed this on their website, I don't think it was on there yesterday but it still is not 100% clear "We process our returns in Asia, this means you will have to return your package outside Australia. This can involve high costs of up to £35,- which we do not refund." Suggests this only affects Australian customers??

Chinese Co not UK, crap quality and trading illegally by not observing UK trading laws for not as described goods. £30 cost to return so not worth doing so. Avoid...wish I had seen these reviews first.

Absolutely shocking experience!!! Took over a month for to receive goods. Quality appalling! Tried to return bu have to pay £30.00 to send to China. On their website they state 'Returns-we offer a 30 day return or exchange if you are unhappy with your order for any reason.' Well I'm very, very unhappy!!! Do not buy from this company. Its a scam. You have been warned!!

Received two shirts today after 3 weeks, ordered xl shirts they were marked up xl but i would say they were a small size in English measurements, disgusting company

I haven’t brought from this company but had similar experience with another Facebook company. Said stuff would arrive in 7 days once paid for it said it wouldn’t arrive for six weeks, coming from China
I disputed with my bank and they immediately refunded me. Products still ‘in transit’ supposedly
Dispute with your bank it’s so much easier
