Reviews worried me but it was great.
Was honestly worried seeing the reviews at other branches but the Kensington one was amazing both nurses I had were soo sweet and patient and I got my BCG done the £20 consultation fee was pricey ontop of the vaccination price but I'm glad it was done smoothly.

Easy and informative
Very easy to book, really nice office, very informative nurse. We took our 16 month old for her MMR booster and I felt very comfortable in the care she received.

Lucy our nurse was amazing!
Having to have four injections is never fun, but Lucy our nurse made the whole experience stress and virtually pain free! She was friendly and very informative, but the best part was that despite a bit of needle phobia I virtually felt nothing. I cannot thank Lucy enough for her approach, kindness and professional advice.
Cannot recommend this company enough, if you need travel injections.
We were also provided with lots of other general advice too.

LVC accommodated us without booking
LVC accommodated us without booking, as we're travelling from Overseas and needed urgent shot for our son.
Upon thorough discussion with senior doctors, planned 02nd shot in 3 days as required and followed up timely for the need of 3rd shot.
As parent, it was very comforting to receive the timely care, guidance and attention.

Efficient, professional and welcoming
LVC was recommended to me as friendly, efficient, professional - and that was my experience too. The Adviser had read the health information I had submitted and was fully aware that I was immunocompromised. Although she knew exactly which vaccinations I could/couldn't have, she checked them to be thorough. As well as vaccinations, I was given advice about which insect repellent to buy and what to avoid eating/drinking. Absolutely 5* Adviser and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to LVC in the future.
