Holly gave me my vaccinations the other…
Holly gave me my vaccinations the other day and she instantly made me feel comfortable. Any questions or queries I had she clarified for me constructively and efficiently. Her attitude was constantly positive, and she made a lot of effort at the end of what I’m sure must have been a long day - I felt very at ease the whole time. Thanks Holly!

Holly was amazing
Holly was amazing! She took the time to go over everything with us, and she put my son right at ease. He was very nervous about getting a vaccine, but she could not have been more patient. I highly recommend!

Superb Service at High Street Kensington Branch
Superb service at the High Street Kensington Branch. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind and nice nurse took care of all my jabs and anti malaria tablets. We even called my girlfriend to check on her requirements as she could not make the appointment. Nothing was too much trouble. Outstanding! Highly reocmmended

The service was excellent, and booking online was straightforward. They were extremely helpful in addressing all my questions and concerns. The nurse was not only friendly but also very thorough. I would highly recommend this service if you're seeking travel vaccinations.

MMR vaccines
my 12, 11 and 10 year old had their MMR vaccines administered here and it was a very pleasant experience because of the professional and kind staff member. Our appointment finished earlier than scheduled. Thank you for a great experience

Straighforward and Quick
Really hassel free, super flexible with the timing for the appointment. During my appointment they went through my vaccines as well as everything that was required in detail but explained this clearly. It was really efficienct and they got back to me with my medical certificate on the same day which was great. Thank you!

Such a waste of time
Such a waste of time. It is so expensive and they still charged me £20 for them to Google what shots I needed when I already knew what shots I needed. Nice person helping me but £250 for shots is crazy. Would be nice to know in advanced what you’re looking at cost wise rather than wasting both our times with coming in. Really do feel I should not have paid £20 for a consultation of info I already knew.

Your feedback regarding the cost transparency and value of the service provided is genuinely appreciated, and we want to assure you that we take such comments seriously. We understand that knowing the cost in advance is essential for our customers to make informed decisions, and we apologise for any lack of clarity in this regard. We do advertise this on our website and display price lists in our clinics but we will look at how we can make this clearer for our patients.
Regarding the consultation fee, we regret that you felt it was not justified. Our nurses are highly trained travel health nurses and we need to conduct a thorough risk assessment to ensure we are advising you and vaccinating appropriately. I will investigate the use of google as this is not standard practice and our team do should not use this for recommendations. Rest assured, I will personally investigate the situation further to ensure that our team's practices align with our standards.

Great service, easy to book online. Very help answering all my questions and queries as I have a long term health condition.
The nurse was very friendly and thorough, would definitely recommend if you’re looking for travel vaccinations or information regarding this as it’s very vague online.
