Funny policy
I had an order from a bank holiday, then call back on the next working day. For my job can't take the phone call at any time and they call 9 times all is a different personal phone numbers, not the official phone.
Then they had not said anything to cancel my order,
they reply email and explain they need to confirm my order via phone before proceeding so they as per the policy cancelled my order.
Funny and interesting.

Wrong items were delivered
Wrong items were delivered. Customers have to pay for the courier charges to return it. Longdan never accept their mistakes.
Can not trust them - Very poor service.

Great selection and great prices
Such a good selection of food that I've struggled to get elsewhere and great prices. Shipped and arrived really quickly too. Will definitely be ordering from them again. :)

I ordered some food that I really…
I ordered some food that I really missed from Hong Kong. The website is fine because it showed the available stock clearly. Delivery was according to the time scale they gave. Items were well-packed and - most importantly - the frozen items were in perfect condition and still absolutely frozen. No evidence of any melting. Overall, a good service.

To expensive
This is a nice shop with some good products, however the prices are really high in comparison to other shops for the same product.
For example the big bag of spring rolls, they sell for £21.50 where as other stores sell the same amount for £12 to £15.
Also chicken pieces in sticky sauce £6.50 where as other stores sell for £3.
Its all a rip off.

Placed order on website, it said goods were in stock. Got email to say they weren't. Had to order alternative and top up payment. But goods arrived in good time and well packed.
