This TMG is part of my Longevity health supplements that I take, along with their NMN and Trans Resveratrol which I have been taking for some time now. Very happy with these supplements which have no binders or fillers and I love that they come in these flat packs which saves me a lot of space in my cupboards.

It's really good and work perfectly with in 3 days results show I can't live without NMN.

I bought NAC from somewhere else before, and it was odourless. I got this Gly-NAC and the first thing I noticed was WOW, STINKY! I mean like, terrible egg farts stinky. I obviously went to my non-google search engine to find out whether this was a glyceine thing. Turns out it's an NAC thing - it is rich in sulphur. This makes me think that the brand I had bought before must have been much less pure. One of the things I appreciate about Longevity Box is its guarantee of high-quality, maximum purity.

This stuff is really great. My whole family are now talking supergreens. The one thing we all agree on is we feel a lot more focused throughout the day. It tastes great and with just two scoops a day it's taking care of our longevity goals.

I started taking magnesium 3 weeks ago. I do work on nights. I have noticed that, the quality of my sleep is batter, I fall asleep quicker and my sleep is better. I have more energy in the morning and I feel rested. I will definitely continue taking magnesium
