Deceptive marketing and terrible customer support

Review:

I chose this company over competitors solely because of a promotion offering a "free £50 gift" with purchase. However, when my package arrived, the "gift" was nothing more than a tiny 1.5ml sample of the same fragrance.

When I reached out to resolve the issue, customer service was incredibly unhelpful. They refused to take any responsibility, stubbornly claiming there was no mistake on their end and offering zero solutions.

This feels like a blatant bait-and-switch tactic to lure customers in with false promises. If this is how they handle a simple promotional issue, I wouldn't trust them to help if an order actually went missing or arrived damaged.

I highly recommend shopping elsewhere with companies that value honesty and support their customers. 0* if possible

Worst customer experience ever. Paid for something for a gift for a friend, put in her details so it could be sent to her. Money taken, nothing arrived. Went round the houses talking to a bot and finally got the response that they couldn’t speak to me due to data protection. Now I have to call my bank and reverse the transaction and she’s had no birthday present.

I bought a product - BeautyWorks Aeris multistyler - through Look Fantastic just 19 months ago. The product was £220. It has broken because the cable does not rotate so internally it has broken. Otherwise it is in pristine condition as it has been very well looked after. I contacted Look Fantastic and BeautyWorks and neither has been willing to help, even to advise where / how it could be repaired. Apparently they wash their hands of anything which is over 1 year old :(

Non existent customer service!
You can’t speak to a person or email, instead you get an unhelpful bot.
My parcel eventually turned up but only after being repeatedly returned back to the Evri depot. Not being able to communicate with Lookfantastic when my parcel was missing made the whole experience extremely stressful so I won’t buy from them again. They were bought out by a huge global company and since then the company has changed for the worse.

tracking from EVRI on the 23rd states out for delivery at 0923hrs it then say there has been a delay
expect it the next working day since then the tracking has no longer been updated

Ordered a glass bottle of Molten Brown soap with a scalp massage gadget. It arrived and was left in my porch smashed and dripping soap everywhere. The reason being it had only been wrapped in a sheet of brown paper! No packaging to protect it. There was no telephone number to call their customer service. I then found a ‘Chat bot’ to message with which took 24 hours for a response from an advisor! There was no apology and they cut me off when I tried to respond. Very rude advisor and patronising comment to me! Also I only got refunded on the smashed bottle and not the soap sodden massage gadget. Will I ever purchase from them again - DEFINITELY NOT!

Website is fake. Money got taken is there anything I can do about it to get money back ?

Ordered 5 days ago, never received shipping info, tried emaling them, delivery failure notification. Note to sels: Next time if it seems to good to be true, it most likely is.

Made the mistake of ordering. Got a shipping tacking no to say it’s delivered.
Emailed several times and then the email address was no longer available.
Report to bank for scam. Evil people!!!
Can’t even track it! Gonna also report to trading standards.

Check the URL of the site carefully. Luckily I noticed it just as I was about to order the advent calendar, I thought it was lookfantastic.com but it was actually lookfantasticu.com so I checked out their Facebook page and it’s clearly a scam. It amazes me how Meta are still allowing the page to exist and place adverts, they must have received a lot of reports by now! I noticed the scammers are also trying to sell other beauty advent calendars under different names. Do not be fooled, if it sounds too good to be true, it really is. They want £9.99 for delivery and an extra £3 for insurance. No one does that! Save your money and report them each time you see their advert.

I paid £45 for Charlotte tilbury box. Never recieved it. Paid on 31 October 2024.
Looks like it’s fake as page is not opening now.
I did check the reviews on the page. But now it looks like it was fake too

This is a scam website. Unfortunately I got caught out for £85.
