They completely ignored me in regards to order canceling. This is a scam. They are thieves. Do not fall into this trap.

Do not buy a bunch of scammers I ordered 4 bags because it was on sale and they sent me eight, so they doubled my order and sent me 2 different tracking number and then charge for each bag shipping and then have the nerve to tell me they cannot refund it because I already been shipped and I just purchased a few minutes after realizing what they did. I had to go through my bank to get my money back. SCAMMERSSSS if they had negative stars I would give -1,000 horrible customer service and well aware of what they are doing!!!!

Do not buy! I got 2 separate orders with different shipping price than on the website, but I made 1 order. Plus had to pay twice for the shipping and pay tax. Also, I got unwanted subscription to a different site, went from my credit card without me even knowing. Plus the product is not what was promised. Different package and no Lustriva on the content list. Worst purchase ever!!

Ordered gummies for hair growth. Charged shipping twice for products supposedly put on the same order. Also charged 10 days later for VIP package which I is advertised as free on the website. Also unfortunately ordered again because I went to put an order in and before I could review it, as stated on the site, the order was confirmed. They also use different charging accounts. One named drippink and the other dew drop bears. Have cancelled credit card before they can take any more.

I bought some cheewing "bon bon" for hair growth, for some reason they were returned before even arriving at my doorstep. I contacted you but you only wanted to refund half of my money and this I was told was an excepiton. I had nothing to do with the return and don't want to pay for nothing, however I haven't even recived half of my money, so I payed good money for nothing. I call that stealing.

Total scam please do not order anything from these people order on June 2nd still have not received my product I also paid extra to receive my product in three to five business days nothing buyer beware

You pay and then the fun and games start, they don’t deliver or better yet they claim it’s been sent back do to the shipper not being able to deliver and they do t give refunds!!! SCAMMERS SCAM SCAM beware all their products is a scam

I don't know what you sent, but the package was not what I ordered. The individually wrapped chews had dummies written on them and not Force Factor as advertised. Additionally, the 'chews' were incredibly hard. And it had no lustriva in the supplement ingredients. So I was definitely sent a fake. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED!!

I agree with others that this is a scam. I have no problem buying from legit companies but they're not Buyer Beware. It's part of the Facebook/Meta phony scam ads they're currently being sued for in a class action lawsuit filed in April 2026. Facebook has been running these phony scam ads for some time making tons of money while Consumers got ripped off. They charged really expensive shipping for initial sample. I wasn't impressed so cancelled subscription and disputing with bank this last order I didn't want sent. Despite cancelling they took money out again against my wishes. They refuse to refund money after taking payment out. I contacted Houdini whom I thought made these They took money out illegally from first order. I cancelled subscription and they took money out anyway to send me these fake hair gummies again against my wishes . I have written them again to cancel and not send. I also think they don't do much of anything at all and may not have ingredients noted. You can find better hair vitamins elsewhere.

Do not trust this site; it's a scam. You'll get fake, rip-off products, and they will take money out of your account every month. I have reported this company to my bank for an internal investigation.

Saw this company in Facebook located in China .If I would've checked with my local Walmart first to get the hair vitamins. IOrdered package on Feb 25,2026 still haven't received my order. ITS April 17 2026. Contacted Customer service via email onlytokeep giving me a tracking number but my product ain't moving.

I ordered from this company late February and did not receive the package 7ntil yesterday, however the tracking said it was delivered on March 21, which I never got. I wrote the company and they answered that since the tracking said delivered they could not give me a refund.
Finally yesterday I got the package, which has a totally diferent number and it was sent by a random person in Arizona.
The package does not have the name of the company and it looks generic. Also it was advertised as containing an ingredient Lutrivia and that is nowhere to be found in the ingredients.
I just purchased 3 months supply of hard candy. I believe this company is a scam and do not recommend you purchase anything from them

I just got mine a couple days ago and it took so long to get . I hope they work. Plus they don't have the full name on the bag like the ad described. Why is that. I sure hope they work if not I want a refund cause I been wanting to try these for the longest and finally bought it and not want it say on the ad but it's the right flavor chews though. Next time I will order from another website as what they described in the ad and get exactly that.

if there was a problem with delivery why would they wait so long to get back to the customer who was waiting all this time for their product! this was very unprofessional as a company. will not order anything again!!

This is not the item that was advertised. Soft chews...ummm no they are hard as a rock i almost broke my teeth with them. The taste is ok but leaves a gross after taste. I dont appreciate the false information because I am having trouble with my hair growth and I thought finally maybe this will help...No they are to hard. Soft chews No! I really would like a refund of this product cause it was a waste. I havent had this long but I cant chew them because they are so hard.

I actually got product! But was it exactly what I ordered? NO! These are fake! The only positive thing I can say is they taste good.
