Could be Great
The idea here is a great one, but the principle falls flat if you have aBronmpton and 1 or more road bikes as the Loop fitting is expensive (£55), and you ned one for your Bronmpton and one for your road bike, they have adaptars but they screw into the Loop itself so it is quite a task to move from one adaptor to another, if the adaptars were transferable eaily it would be amazing.
But the real let down is the customer service, it is absolutely not fit for purpose, you cannot contact them by phone, they have no chatbot, and you can only email, and they take days and days to respond. It is frustrating to put it mildly.
There are no diagrams or videos showing oy how to put the kit together, just a short passage of text, hard to follow.
the Loop us a great idea but the roll out is pathetic
