Have been a member for years and love the site. Really helpful, carefully managed competition listings with a friendly forum attached. The site do a great job of spotting and removing dodgy competitions and keeping the community safe. My absolute go-to for competitions which I always recommend to anyone interested in starting the hobby themselves.

this is the very best comping site.i have used it for over 20 years and the majority of my prizes have come from this site.they have never asked for money and tend to weed out dodgy competitions.i would recommend loquax highly

I have been using Loquax for as long as it has been on line. It's an information board for people who like to do retail competitions, run by people who like to do retail competitions. It's a community, and members create the articles which cover all types of contests be they social media in source, to postal only entry and everything in between. Prizes are indexed by type, and you can view items by closing date or date posted etc. On top of all that the service is completely free.

For some reason there are negative reviews here saying that Loquax charges for their service. This is wholly untrue and completely undeserved.

I've been using Loquax on a very regular basis for almost 20 years. Not only is it the most comprehensive competition portal I've found, but it is incredibly easy to navigate, enjoyable to use and, most importantly, helps me win lots of prizes!

The forum is welcoming and helpful, as are the site owners and the moderators. They also work very hard to protect users from any potential scams or suspect websites. I've always felt safe using Loquax and have recommended the site to many friends (and strangers!) over the years. There's a huge array of competitions on there and they are constantly updated so there's always new ones to enter each time you visit. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The original and best free to enter competition portal. I have lost count of the amount of prizes I have won over the years.

I joined this wonderful site in 2016 and have used it almost every day since.
I find the site easy to use, both to post and to enter competitions. There are plenty of comps to choose from, enough to make this my only comping tool.
I love being part of this friendly, like minded community.

Chanced upon this free to use competition site 22 years ago, when looking online for competitions to enter, and have never looked anywhere else to find comps. I am a regular user, both entering and loading comps to enable others to enter. The site is run with help and care from the owners and the moderators, assistance is always available - we all experience issues, sometimes. I just cannot understand a negative comment about this site and cannot sit back and accept the drivel that was written. If the writer had maybe explained his/her negativity that caused the comment, the owners could have sorted the issue for the complainant.

I've been using Loquax for just over a year. Was always quite suspicious of dedicated competition sites, and certainly didn't want one that would ask for money or mine my data. But Loquax has been a revelation: supportive, informative and efficient. Huge range of comps, tolerable level of ads and affiliates, kind and friendly community, with particularly great advice on how to spot scams and avoid dodgy sites.

I'm glad the (to put it extremely charitably) mistakenly negative reviews didn't exist before I joined, because I would have been put right off, and I would have missed out on one of the nicest communities, which has turned an idle comping phase into an enjoyable hobby.

I have been using Loquax for over 20 years and have always valued the great care with which it is run. Technically it runs extremely well (thanks to Jason and Kirsty) and we can keep a record of what we have entered to avoid disqualifying ourselves by entering twice. We do not pay to use it, the competitions listed are genuine, and we are warned if there are scam competitions around. I have made some great friends through Loquax and there is a lovely friendly, supportive atmosphere. I have won a lot of wonderful prizes and experiences over the years using Loquax.

I’ve been a member since 2007 and still use the site every day. It’s the best competition site by far, so easy to navigate and to keep track of competitions entered. I’ve won many prizes over the years thanks to Loquax and it’s wonderful moderators and contributors. I add competitions when I can but it’s a wonderful community and simply the best

I have used Loquax now for several years and it is the best site, not only for comping but also for chatting to other users.
The users contribute to the site and it makes it a great friendly atmosphere.

Great site. I just checked and in February 2024 I reached my 20 year anniversary as a member. Loads of competitions linked and I have won some great prizes over the years.
Members are encouraged to participate with listing comps where they can but it’s not mandatory, and with the tracking system you can target the prizes or types of competitions you want to go for.
Putting it simply, Loquax makes entering competitions, and tracking those entries, really easy.

This is the most fantastic site on the internet. All free, used by compers, but also forums where whatever is going on in your life, sad, happy, confusing or anything else you will find friends to support and advise you.

Having been and continue to be a member for 20+ years I have to admire and compliment Jason and Kirsty for starting the site and all the members who contribute the competitions and knowledge daily - love the site!

I've been a member of Loquax since 2005. Over that time, I have been impressed with how well the site is run and how it has evolved over the years to better serve its members.
It is easy to navigate, there is a steady stream of competitions to enter and I have won lots of wonderful prizes over the years.
The admin team are always there if you have a problem and the members are lovely. Kind, considerate and always so friendly - what's not to like.

Not a variety of competitions on this website. Also other reviews seem suspicious as they all seem to be worded the same and 12 reviews in 1 day and before that it was zero in 20 years. Something fishy

I have been a member of Loquax for almost 17 years. That's a long time. In that time, I have had three job changes, gotten married, moved twice, and now have a child. I have logged in at least once a week over that duration. Never once have I been asked for money and not once have I thought that I should leave. An absolutely wonderful community with lots to do and full of very helpful, generous people. I feel sure my daughter will use it too, once she's old enough :)

I have been using Loquax for 20+ years and it is a friendly fun site. Lots of posts from members & owners to win numerous prizes and is always kept up to date without any problems. Definitely the go to site for competitions and a good laugh too.
