Lotsy Avis 

I found Lotsy via a Facebook ad but wasn't sure what was being offered was exactly what I wanted. Luckily the website had a plethora of options and I was able to browse happily and select exactly the right image which for me was the UK and China. I ordered, one very reasonably priced image A2 size which fits perfectly in my bordered A1 frame. The artwork is stunning and makes me smile every time I look at it. In addition, due to the pre-Christmas postal strikes, the delivery came a lot later than expected, Anthony personally apologised (even though it was obviously totally out of his control) and kept me updated with expected arrival dates.
There are various types of artwork on the site as I mentioned, not just these beautiful maps and many of them have the option to personalise. Go have a look! Thanks, Lotsy. Be very happy to use you again.

I bought the connecting maps for my daughter who now lives in Australia. They are en route to Sydney and I’m sure sh will love them. Ordering was so easy and also you got a preview before the order was sent out. Would definitely recommend this business.

I ordered the two country poster for my daughter who lives in the UK with some words from a poem added as an extra, unfortunately when it was delivered these were accidentally left off,I emailed Anthony who quickly arranged to resend an amended poster which she received a few days later,my daughter is very happy with the service and quality and I'm happy she's happy

My item was more than l had hoped for. Everything was straightforward and very professional. One of the best customer services l have ever dealt with. They do care which is very refreshing. Definitely recommend, loved my poster.

Anthony has contacted me, delivered a replacement to Australia which I received today. Product looks great. Sometimes its all about how you deal with customer issues. Anthony took the feedback on the chin and redeemed himself. You cannot ask for anything more from a company. Looking forward to getting it framed and up on the wall now

We ordered ours in 5 December and it arrived in Perth Australia 17 Jan. That didn't bother me too much as I realise Xmas post etc, however when we received it it was nothing like what we have approved and had the wrong towns on it. To top it off the tube was damaged and it had no end caps to the tube and it got wet somewhere to the whole poster was ruined. Contacted Anthony the same day with photos, who said he will replace and we have asked for a tracking number and since then no response. Just feel very ripped off

I made a couple of changes, and both acknowledged and implemented so quickly and politely. AMAZED that my sister recieved the print in USA within 7 days. She actually wept when she opened it as had not seen anything so unique ❤. I ordered prints also for the sister of someone I support, and she was equally delighted. Would absolutely recommend 👌

I ordered a poster to be sent direct to Australia, the delivery time was excellent. Sadly the recipient had already moved to a new address so the poster was marked “return to sender”. I contacted Anthony straight away and he arranged that once received it would be sent to me at no extra cost. I love the colours and the quality is great. From ordering and receiving the item, customer service has been faultless.
