I ordered a Lotsy map for my new daughter-in-law. I can't wait for Christmas to give it to her.

It is such a unique idea for families and couples from different countries. The service was quick and I was able to make some changes with no trouble.

I found Lotsy online and loved the gifts / items they advertised. I ordered 2 prints / pictures which are just lovely and will make a great gift. I had a minor issue with my order, however this was rectified very quickly and without any fuss.
I will use Lotsy again and highly recommend to others.

I’m going to start this review by saying I haven’t received my poster yet! I ordered it in September but I stupidly went for untracked shipping. But every single time I’ve contacted Lotsy about my missing order, they have responded. Nicely. And in person. An actual human!! Once it was clear that the package was lost, without me having to ask, a new order was generated and I was sent tracking info. I’m gobsmacked - I shouldn’t be, but this level of customer service is unusual! To be commended and do please support this great little company 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 And I still have my poster to look forward to!!!

I ordered a print from Lotsy showing our village in England and the town our daughter lives in, in Australia. Both are not well known places, but Lotsy got the places spot on, and created a fantastic design, we liked it so much we ordered a second using the promotion code, our daughter got her print for her birthday when we visited her, and loves it too.

I just love my map, it's on my wall where I can see it all the time and I'm so pleased I came across the ad for these. Really great service too and didnt take long at all to arrive in Australia from the UK. Highly recommend getting one.

I had a couple of questions before I ordered, the team emailed straight back and were very helpful, so I ordered my print to be delivered to Spain, I received an email from the team with a tracking number, it arrived super quick.

I will certainly be ordering another print as they are of such high quality and exactly what we wanted.
