I bought one of the pictures UK & Spain) for my son and his bride as part of their wedding gift. They were thrilled with it - and it will take pride of place in there living room.

Give 2 stars only because customer service was ok. Waited week and a half. Arrived, 4 prints A4 in an envelope for £40 and that was a sale! I expected them framed for that money. You live and learn, advert showed prints in a frame. Feel ripped off!

Design proof arrived via email the next day and the printed material arrived safely and in perfect condition in Switzerland just a few days after ordering.  It's superb. I'm sure I'll be ordering more artwork from you in the future as your products give me loads of ideas for birthday and Christmas presents!

So delighted with these prints- exactly as described and Anthony was really helpful in accommodating my tweaks having reviewed the designs for approval. They shipped to Spain and I knew that post Brexit I was likely to be charged import duty (less than 6€). Got these professionally framed and love them!

I ordered from Lotsy on the second occasion now as I've had very good experience before - communication is always very prompt and professional. Pre-print previews delivered super fast and the actual print matches to the preview and paper is a very good quality. The map prints make perfect gift.

The prints are of a very high quality. The fact that you can proof it before shipment is another quality add from this company. They look amazing. A clever idea to connect geographical areas with meaning to you and your past travels and connections.

VERY disapointed by the size of the printing given its price. Not to mention the extra long shipping time if you are outside the UK - I missed the birthday i had bought this for! And then of course spamming emails each week after your order...

I have to give this 5 stars. I love my map order, such a lovely idea to share with family in another country.

I don’t know why did they get this high rate. What I got from Lotsy was nearly trash, the most expensive printout on an ordinary sheet of paper, so it landed in bad condition at my house, even if I payed extra for the post. (Twice, because it’s UK). Make sure you check the weather if you order something, and have hope that they won’t rip/crease it on the way, because their wrapping is pretty weak.
I wrote an email about my complains to them, and I never got an answer.

I love my pictures, I wanted something for my wine bar and found Lotsy.co.uk who were able to custom make me maps of countries reflecting the wine regions. Nothing was too much trouble and the final results are excellent.
