Lotus and Luna Avis 

I am always pleased when I order something and am happy with everything delivered. I have yet to wash anything or have a need to contact customer service,so I cannot report on that the clothing ,(1 harem set, 1pair pants, 1 gauzy pants and 1 sarong) are all super comfortable.

I was going to place an order. After reading the horrible reviews, no way!

I ordered the Shadow Paisley pants and Lotus and Luna sent me some orange pants. Then when I informed them they sent the wrong pants said I have to pay to exchange or return them! Personally I think that is terrible custimer service since they made the mistake, not me. This either forces me to pay to return or exchange them or purchase the same pants again. How am I going to know they won't send another pair I dont want and charge me again? I am a repeat customer and had plans to purchase again but now I don't think so.

I love Lotus and Luna's products--I'd give the company 4 or 5 stars for the products. But their customer service is horrible, so I guess that averages out to an overall rating of 2 or 3. All customer service is provided by AI bots ("Julie" and "Mel") who repeatedly misunderstand the issue and continue providing the same irrelevant information or instructions over and over. It's impossible to reach a real human. I've been trying for the past three days to resolve an issue with no success. At this point I'm not sure what my options are other than contacting a consumer protection bureau. And, of course, warning other customers in online reviews.

I have been a loyal Lotus & Luna customer and own many pairs of their harem pants that I wear regularly for yoga. Unfortunately, my most recent purchase was a big disappointment.
I ordered item 90164-PKT-M, Talay Beach, and although I loved the color and style, the fit was completely different from the manv I've purchased before. The pants were unusually tight in the legs and seat, making them uncomfortable and restrictive during yoga stretches. This inconsistency in sizing was very unexpected.
I contacted customer service, explained the issue, and requested a prepaid return shipping label for a refund. Instead of receiving personalized assistance, I got what appeared to be a canned, automated response that didn't address my concerns. To make matters worse, there is no customer service phone number where you can speak with a live person.
It's disappointing because I have been such a good customer and expected much better support.
Quality customer service is just as important as product quality, and in this case, Lotus & Luna fell short. I hope they improve their customer service and stand behind their products, especially for loyal repeat customers! They’ve lost my business and I will not be recommending the pants anymore.

Poor construction and fabric. I received the black yoga pants two days ago and pre-washed them last night in cold water on the delicate cycle. They came out with the fabric pulling away from the seam along the back. This is a construction issue. It’s also a high stress area on a garment and the stitching should be reinforced, it was not and that should have been my first red flag. I’ve submitted photos to their customer service and am waiting to hear back.

Two of the tops with lounge sets that I purchased ripped after two washes per instructions. The items were washed in cold water on delicatecycle and hung to dry. This shows the poor quality of items. They refused to replace one item due to it being outside the replacement of shipping issue window, yet this was not a shipping issue. The second item could not be replaced as it was out of stock, so the customer service department decided to issue a refund which was $0.00 as the item was bought during a bogo deal. This decision made sure the company did not lose any money. There are two other tops with small tears that I have yet to report after how this transaction went. The customer service was not great. The quality of product is very low. At least my order was right and on time when it arrived.

I haven't even received my order yet. Website states "ships in 1-2 business days." It's been 6 days since I ordered (4 being business days?). Now they sent an email stating they are shipping but it will be 2-3 more business days before I see movement due to "processing and handling"! What?! Just tell customers processing is 7-10 days + shipping time. I'm so tired of companies lying about processing time! Hope you don't need your order when they say you'll get it!

I’d give it a zero If I could. I ordered a small. It fits like a XL. Another thing is the shipping. $10 to ship here $15 to ship back and a return fee. I’d get $14 credited back if I returned. Screw that I’ll find it a home and never order from them again. It’s a shame what a great cause I thought.

Ordered a Mystery Necklace as a surprise to myself for my birthday. Lotus and Luna pick out the jewelry so you have no idea what it is. I opened the package today and it was a used necklace someone obviously returned on a torn jewelry card. I expected something new, not some worn necklace that someone returned and they were trying to get rid of. Overall poor shopping experience from this company and do not recommend shopping for their "Mystery" jewelry. Dishonest and not trustworthy online store.

I purchased 3 pair of pants from them as a new customer. I normally wear a size small, especially with stretchy waistbands. These were much tighter in the waist and the material is very thin. I paid using Shop Pay. My first payment was $37.30 and I returned with tags attached and in the original bags and was only issued a refund of $17.36. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from them again.

I got in on the buy one get one free sale, the clothes wrinkle so easy, that they look so disheveled when they’re on. I don’t feel pretty in them at all. I feel disheveled.! the one that I got that was free is so ugly. I can barely wear it. How disappointing!! the models make it look so cute. I don’t feel cute in them at all.

This is an awesome and unique clothing company. I've ordered Harem pants, wide leg pants, kimonos and shorts. Their clothing is soft, well put together and delivery is quick since they are located in The U.S. the ladies that run this company genuinely care about their customers. Never had an issue, never felt the need to return any product. Just gorgeous clothing and mystical jewelry.

I would not recommend you order from this shop!!! I have ordered 2x from them and in both my orders a live of jewelry broke with in a week of purchase. My most recent was a “positivity” bracelet. I reached out and requested that they fix and send me a new one because I had only had the bracelet 4 days! I received a piece from them and it was a completely wrong item. I emailed them back and to date have not gotten a response. 5 emails have been sent! 5!!! And no response, no fixing their mistake an no customer service at all. I do not recommend you shop here. Their customer service is awful.

I should have read reviews before ordering from this company! My first time ordering from them so ordered a M after receiving the item I realized I should have ordered a small! So I returned it and paid the $4 and few cents asking for Size S. They sent me a Size M again and have the nerve to ask for another $4 this is just nonsense!!! NEVER AGAIN

Ordered one small delicate bracelet and it said marked delivered but no where to be found. I contacted immediately and customer service was quick to respond and Help make things right I was shocked how quickly they Jumped to help. I had another Package missing and that company was NOT as helpful!! So I would definitely recommend the company. & Just received purchase, (new order) and bracelet is very beautiful was so so tiny and delicate but so cute.

I’ve purchased multiple pairs of these pants this year for my daughter and I and we love them! I wash them in a gentle cycle and hang them to dry. They come out so soft. The style of Lotus and Luna harem pants are the best ones I’ve found. I have a thin waist but curvy rear and thighs- I’m also 5’2. The small regular fit my body type perfect. I like them flowy- no other brand can size my waist right and also succeed in flowy for my pear shape. These pants are perfect.

I received my first order today. Everything looks and feels amazing. I love these outfits. This is my new favorite go to for clothes.

These harem pants are incredibly comfortable and well-made. They are perfect to wear year round for comfort, coolness, and ease of motion. I wear them everyday and they are perfect for going out, working out, or lounging around. They also have pockets and I receive a lot of compliments on them. I also love Lotus and Luna's jewelry! Best of all, I get to see my purchase support a woman owned small business and provide fair wages to talented artisans in Thailand. I've had great responses any time that I have reached out to customer service and making a return was quick and easy when one of my items didn't fit. Highly recommend this company!

I bought and found the harem pants very comfy, but they're poor quality. Don't expect them to last compared to other brands. They came apart at the seams and the company said "we're unable to offer a resolution for this issue as it falls outside our policy window."
