Really poor heartless customer service

My mum purchased quite an expensive watch for my Dad late December for Christmas. The watch was never worn as it needed to be adjusted and they were on holiday after Christmas. My Dad passed away suddenly at the beginning of February. We contact Loupe in Preston as the watch was never worn it holds no sentimental value as he didn't get chance to wear it and was still in the box etc. I contacted Loupe to see what our options were and was told if we brought it in as soon as possible they would be able to exchange it or return it but it needed to be asap so they could inspect the piece. So the next day in a time of deep, painful grief me and my Sister visited the store and we were told by the Manager there was nothing they could do as the till is unable to process anything after 30 days. It doesn't sound correct to me but even if this is we should have been told this on the phone then we could have avoided asking my Mum for the watch which was difficult for her as she had saved for it for a long time and had been very excited to give it to my Dad. I contacted Loupe by email after this to clarify the situation. I got a reply asking for pictures and the receipt which I sent straight away but it has now been weeks and we have never had a reply. Again what was the point in asking for all that to never reply. Really poor, heartless service.

I had a wonderful experience at Loupe in Milton Keynes. I bought my first Rolex Submariner date by Daniel at Loupe. I could not be happier with my very special watch that I adore so much! Daniel and the staff that I dealt with were very patient and always happy to make sure that I was happy with my choice. They were upfront with me with what I could realistically expect in regards to getting my favourite Rolex model. They explained in a considerate way without making me feel hurt or less important! I appreciated how willing they were to build a professional and warm relationship! Thank you very much again for the watch I wear almost every day and still can’t get enough of it. Thank you for being the best serving none judgemental boutique!

Absolutely excellent

Me and my wife have been into the Preston store on numerous occasions as we are waiting for a Rolex each. We are greeted by Lauren on every occasion and what can I say she is an amazing human being. She is always friendly, courteous and understanding regardless of the situation. My wife’s engagement ring needed re-mounting after being worn for over 20 years. Lauren dealt with the repair from start to finish and all I can say is what came back was absolutely stunning. We could not be happier with the service we have received from Loupe as a company and especially Lauren as a colleague. We will not hesitate to purchase any further jewellery and watches from this store.

Treated like Royalty

The experience at Loupe MK was second to none and really sets the standards of customer experience and relationship management for any organisation.

Initially we went to Loupe MK looking for some advice on resizing my wife's engagement ring and wedding band but were very wary of what might happen to the rings. Upon greeting us, sitting us down and understanding our requirements, Imogen was amazing from start to finish. She took her time to understand more about us and what we wanted whilst provide guidance and assurance on the service that could be provided by Loupe but also if we didn't decide to proceed with Loupe what to look out for with other companies.

As we didn't have rings with us, we revisited again and again Imogen was such a great host. Having felt so comfortable and treated so well; not only did we place the order for the work to the rings but also put a deposit down for an Eternity ring.

The service was amazing and we received our resized rings back within 3 weeks; Imogen kept us abreast of the activity and upon collecting; the rings were amazing and you could not tell they had any work done to them. Wife was so happy to be able to wear them again, it was great to see her sparkle :)

A week after collecting the rings. we were told the eternity ring was available (3 weeks ahead of schedule), so we were back in and once again treated so well.

If you are looking for an amazing customer service experience and an organisation who actually looks to build a relationship with you rather than just sell and hit sales figures; I would totally recommend Loupe in MK; Imogen and her team were amazing!!

I will defo be back again to pick up a thing or two!! 5 star service from the entire team.

The best of purchase experiences with Loupe Croydon!

Registered my interest with Katie (Loupe Croydon) for a hard to come by watch and the various correspondence was great over the 12 months I waited. Then out of the blue Katie managed to get me my dream watch which was incredible and I then put my name down for a few other models in the hope that they are are forthcoming!

Also Lance was full of important information which I appreciated.

Overall a great purchase experience with the whole team and looking forward to more opportunities. Keep up the great work!

Appalling Customer Care




Good Afternoon, it is with a heavy heart that I feel it necessary to let the general public know of the sub standard service my beloved father has endured at the hands of this Rolex Authorised Dealer,My father has purchased previously two beautiful watches from this dealership in Croydon.when it under the trading name of Lyons , all seemed to be going well, a satisfactory.His last purchase was some 4 years ago,at which point he decided to treat himself to another watch.,and he duly registered for a model , but was told at the time , it would be a couple of years to wait,my father had no issues with this.Since then his health has not been great ,but with a loving family unit around him he is coping well.Now since this jewellers has changed ownership, it seems my fathers request to procure his chosen watch has at best been forgotten about,he calls them, they fail to acknowledge his account,fail to return his. Calls , even after being promised they would..The level of customer care is woeful at best , and professionalism shown by this branch is appalling,4 years he has been waiting patiently, only to be, what one could say fobbed off time and time again.He is of a different generation where loyality is earned and respected.It is so hard seeing him being treated this way , after all he has been a loyal customer of theirs in the past.He waits patiently for the showroom to update him , which never seems to materilise.I would suggest you the public thinks twice before deciding to put your trust and confidence, and faith , as well as hard earned money purchasing from Loupe Croydon.Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Exceptional Customer Journey

My journey with Loupe began a couple of years ago. From the first time I entered the showroom the experience was exceptional. I knew that I would be making my next purchase here. I had arranged appointments and sat down with Robyn and later Olivia who excelled with her knowledge & professionalism. Nothing is rushed and you feel part of something special.
The full customer service from the gentleman opening the door up to Dan the Manager was outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect item.

If you want the full Rolex experience with professional people then look no further, cannot thank Stuart Whitefield, Dan and all the members of staff that assisted me, what a brilliant service, I am so happy with my life long purchase, my new Sea Dweller looks fantastic which has been on my wish list for a long time, keeping in contact with Stuart, going into the store and catching up with him also proved invaluable and built the relationship which will continue for the foreseeable future, I am overwhelmed and grateful for the help and support Stuart gave me, Thank you so much and btw coffee is always welcomed.

I simply love this store!

I simply love this store!
The service is second to none.
I have visited on a couple of occasions and Gemma has been absolutely outstanding.

My first visit was with my 3 children, and Gemma and staff couldn’t have done anymore to accommodate us during a lengthy visit.

My second visit and the staff warmly welcomed us into store in such a friendly way that my brother was completely taken aback. In his words “I’ve never experienced this sort of service ever, in any shop.”

I wouldn’t and won’t go anywhere else. Simple as that.

Unsatisfactory service and communication.

I sent 2 watches into Loupe in Milton Keynes to be valued for insurance purposes. For some reason it took them over a month to send them on to the valuers and then on 16th September 2022 having been valued they managed to lose one (my Rolex Daytona).
What is so distrssing is that over the past 5 weeks, I have spoken to three different members of staff, none of whom have been able to explain to me what they are going to do about it.
My main grievance is that I trusted them with my watches and they constantly looked to blame someone else having clearly not kept track of them.
As I have explained to the staff on my calls, I understand that mistakes happen BUT it is the companies lack of communication and inability to confirm to me WHEN and WHAT they are going to do about this has given me even greater stress and made me so furious I am writing this review.
It shouldn't matter who lost it or where, I should just be reassured that it will be resolved and that I will either get my watch back, a like for like replacement or money to the value of the valuation.
