Terrible Chinese products, wouldn’t spend £5 if it were on a corner shop. Also fake advertising and delivery, took like 2 months to receive. Avoid this shop at all costs.

Please do not use this company shocking I order an item on the 10th of January and it’s now the 1st April

I know now from reading other reviews that it’s never going to arrive and will be very poor in quality I paid £40 don’t think I am going to get a reply very very poor service

I had a disappointing experience with an online retailer that operates under various names, including Linderhoff München. The company requires customers to pay or return shipping, which must be sent to China. This crucial detail was not disclosed anywhere during the purchase process, making it feel deceptive.

The sweater I received was of extremely poor quality and had an unbearable smell resembling decay. This entire situation feels like fraud, as the company misrepresents itself and its return policy. I strongly advise others to avoid shopping with this retailer.

I would never buy anything again from this company and would always check trustpilot when buying from any other unknown company. Louvico are obviously trying to make out they are a UK based company by using ‘Manchester’ however everything is sent from China and the quality of the cardigan I bought is shocking. It looked nothing like the picture and when I contacted them to return it they sent me an address in China. I went ahead and did a tracked return to China (NOT cheap), but unfortunately after 4 months I received the package back saying it had been refused- no surprise there why would Louvico accept it? So I never actually got a refund just my very badly made, terrible quality cardigan back. The only good reviews on here will be by people who work for them as I cannot see any other reason for anyone rating this company any higher than the minimum one star.

It’s a scam. DO NOT order from this company. Clothes are of the poorest quality and arrive too late to return them. Company has nothing to do with Manchester. Clothes from factory in China. 0 stars!

It's a scam, the website is fake with fake reviews , you can't actually write a review on the website.
The top we bought was of dreadful quality and shipping took over a month to arrive to ensure it is out of it's 14 day money back guarantee.

On the website it states high quality material 8-14 days delivery. The top on the website looks like a top quality product with leather arm patches and similar collar. The one that arrived is completely screen printed to resemble the picture on the website and of cheap and nasty quality. On the first day of wearing it after being disappointed in the quality before any wash the white from the inner fleece seemed to show through . Absolutely a scam

If I could give 0 I would after taking over a month to arrive, terrible quality of clothing 100% polyester . Not as image shows. DO NOT BUY FROM here!!!
Also cheekily using green stars in image that make it look like trust pilot reviews are good.

If I could give this company 0stars I would! DO NOT waste your money on any of their products, they are a scam! The pictures are completely different to what you receive and when you try to return they try to tell you that they can offer you a discount and keep the product they send you because the return process is complicated and expensive. It took over 4 weeks to receive the incorrect cheap disgusting product. DO NOT waste your money

The worst company! Don’t order and waste your money as their products are rubbish and have very low quality and the delivery time was too long. Their returning process is complicated and expensive so they don’t offer free or cheap returning. Of you order you will be stucked.

Horrible scam of a company. Products are cheap silly, shapeless clothes. Product took one month to arrive, with no updates whatsoever. Not a Manchester company so RUN!. Wish I had checked trustpilot before throwing my money in this ditch of a company. Should be banned as soon as yesterday. 😡🤬 No good words at all.

Ordered 16th December and the tracking was updated 21st to say they were dispatching my order. Still have not received today (6th January) and no updates on the tracking. I emailed to ask where it is on 29th December and still no response. I have opened a dispute with my bank. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don’t order from this company it is a scam they say that they have multiple delivery companies but the tracking order was for a global log company ordered 2nd if dec but still not arrived fat Xmas eve fuming what such liars
