I was very pleased with Love2removals' service. I had to move a few things from North to South London and had ordered a small van. I got a large van instead for the same price! The driver gave me a hand and drove very carefully. Also, the customer service (mostly via WhatsApp but also by phone) was prompt and friendly. Prices are extremely competitive. I can only recommend this company to anyone who is more on a budget.

SCAM - They tried to lie about my booking details a day before my removal to get extra money from me. When I challenged them on their lie, they put it down to a "mix up" and told me my booking was fine. The day of the booking they then just didn't turn up.

WE PAID FOR MOVER BUT ALL HE DOES WAS SIT DOWN AND COMPLAIN. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.

Ros is very knowledgable and really listened to me. She understands how the body works and can tailor a regime to your needs. She gave me great exercises to increase my strength after a bilateral hip replacement, and I felt very comfortable and happy in her hands.

Was moving flat and dawned on me very last minute I had more stuff than expected. I was able to book with very short notice and wasn’t charged insane fees for doing so.

Booking is simple and straightforward. You enter your location and destination, a time slot for pickup, give a rough estimation of the sort of stuff you have, and select if you want any help moving your things. Whilst I had some minor technical issues making the booking, their support team responded almost immediately and helped me resolve them quickly.

The move itself was simple and stress free. On the day someone from Love2Removal got in touch to check everything was okay and ready to go and if there was any last minute changes. Our mover, Mial, phoned me ahead of his arrival to let me know when he’d arrive. He was very helpful on the day.

I’ve heard moving horror stories from friends of companies with bad service, hidden fees, and all sorts of tricks. I’m pleased to say Love2Removal is nothing like that
