Unhappy customer
One anklet OK, the other totally not. Seller offered to fix but asked me to draw out what I wanted. I do not have time for this (nor should I have to) having made it perfectly clear in the original communication that I wanted a focus on Shungite. What I got was a primarily amber bracelet and NOT what I ordered. I don't wear colour and the few amber I was expecting were meant to be small hilights. Seller implied in communication that this was my fault.

Hello Alison
As stated in our previous communications, you just gave me a list of beads that you wanted in the design with no exact layout. You said you would leave the design up to us or words to that effect. My beader made it to our signature design which is standard (every second bead is amber). If the layout was to be different then we request a sketch (which many others have done before) so that we can make it exactly how you wanted it and see what you see. A custom order is just that. I offered to fix it for free and requested a sketch so we can make it exactly as you wanted but you refused to do that so I was at a loss what to do as didn’t want to get it wrong again. I offered to help and you replied never to email you again…
Sorry it didn’t work out.
Regards
Marie

Hello
I haven’t heard from you before this so it’s the first I have heard that there has been an issue. They are not intended for use as bracelets on babies. They are anklets for older children you are meant to measure as they are all made to size and should not be guessed.
We do offer an exchange or refund service. Please get in touch and let me know what you would like to do.
Our products are not overpriced. They are actually priced quite reasonable as we only handmake our products with premium genuine Baltic amber and gemstones beads. Cheap products are generally fake and no use to anyone. We don’t sell fakes. Thank you.
