This item was too big - not at all suitable. I took it out of the box but replaced it again and never used it BUT THE CO WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!! I am disgusted and will NEVER use this site again. I have returned the item at my expense - please can I have my money back?

Not discrete. Don’t use.
Level of post purchase follow up emails (seeking reviews etc) entirely inappropriate for a store of this nature. Emails looking for a review with specific items in the subject line.
Entirely inappropriate personal data sharing.

Hi Mark,
As per our terms and conditions "Before we ship out any product we do a full visual check and test battery and rechargeable items before being packed up and shipped out to you. For this reason you may notice your product was opened for testing before being processed. This is to guarantee you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from us."
We have found that this method eliminates the chance of our customers receiving factory faulty items and delaying their enjoyment.
Kind regards
Loveangels
