Hi Abbi,
Very sorry for the delay! Could you get in touch with us at shop@loveangels.ie with your order number so we can follow up on your parcel? We take customer deliveries very seriously but can only act on any delays if the customer gets in touch with us about it. also although we pay for next day delivery we can never guarantee same and do not claim to, so judging us on the courier company seems bit unfair.

Cheap non branded toys
They sell toys that are the equivalent of a toy you can buy from AliExpress for half the price. I would not buy from them again, customer service wasn’t the nicest in my opinion. (All my opinion, as they flagged a previous review of mine)

people like this make us angry , she purchases , finds a copy of similar on AliExpress then demands we match, we price match in Ireland only as stated on price promise terms and conditions, she forgets she then has to pay delivery possibly further 20$ then,a vat of 23% & duty 7.5% on arrival, then wait several weeks as sent by mail, then if an issue costs fortune to return, blackmails us to refund difference to remove her vile review,
Other reviews speak for truth of our family run business of 28 years, we had to report her as she accused us of purchasing from AliExpress
brillant customer
brillant customer service was nerves first time buying s toys i should have asked more questions, but was made feel very comfortable. and great web site

Hi Omurche , I'm glad to hear so happy with our products , I'm sorry due to Christmas sales all over the world all deliveries are lot slower although we pay for next delivery apart from weekends we are as fast as anyone. so you need to understand this is out of our control due to courier company's busy period and 3 star review was very unfair as we pride ourselves of being a very outstanding family run business for over 28 years,
The fast efficient service
