The worst customer service I have experienced in my 38 years alive. And now they have stopped responding to me I opened a 2nd account to communicate with them and they have froze that account aswell greedy ******rs you guys have made money from me why is so hard for you to refund my money, I mean you have closed my account just give me my balance wich was there{ £286.65}.

GOt two dead symbols on Hacksaw Dead and a Wild and it triggered the bonus drop but it didn't drop the third one. That's simply not possible on a hacksaw game, its amazing to me that well known game providers like Hacksaw and Pragmatic are in business with this scam casino. 100% scam!!! never ever play on this Casino. Also when you contact the customer support they are always on maintenance for 2 weeks now and when you do get someone to talk to they just reply with "too bad" and close the window. Authorities should close this scam casino immediately

STAY WELL CLEAR AND READ ALL. Be weary of this casino. The live chat option looks very inconspicuous and its the same people replying and they cut you off if you ask too much.
I asked where they were based as they needed a swift code / IBAN number for my bank to make withdrawals but they refused to answer. Also the UK contact number they have on the site is bogus.
I have a pending withdrawal but something tells me I'm not going to see that land in my account. IF YOU COPY AND PASTE THEIR LICENSE NUMBER IT'S FROM ANOTHER CASINO WHICH HAS BEEN BLACKLISTED!!!. My advice before you deposit on any casino look for their licence number and copy and paste it and look it up on Google. You can find out if they are a blacklisted casino using a different name. Also if you see James Street or a variation of it in their "address" DO NOT DEPOSIT as its a scam/fake casino. I must have hit a nerve with this casino because they've removed the live chat option of my account trying to get my winnings 😁
