Well well well where do I start with this site. I’ve gambled for many years and I don’t mind losing at all , what I do mind is I won £2000 after spending double that , any way I try to withdraw my money and this went on for 2 weeks starting the fraud team as rejected it for some random reason bare in mind I’ve made withdrawals from this site before but for lower amounts. So it gets rejected 8 times and the money goes back into the gaming app , so what am I going to do if it’s not letting me take my money spend it off course. . Second thing also there on line chat is like speak to a 3 year old and that’s being kind. Absolutely useless and don’t car at all. How this site is allowed to operate under the gaming and gambling commission I’ve no idea. Shocking to say the least. Next thing also they offered a promotion for December of a weekly cash back which I’ve only had for 1 week lol again I send them messages and no response but there very quick to take your money. . This shit show of a site should be closed down and the owners hung by there balls and set fire too. Disgusting site and disgusting staff . Please take my advise and don’t use this site . You might as well flush your money down the loo . Please 🙏 any way hope this helps some one and hopefully the gambling commission read these reviews and actually look into this company.

Absolute SCAM! Stay away, wagered over £1500 got a bonus 6 different times £3.75, £5, £7.50 some of them 5 symbols. Didn’t get paid more then £30/40 absolute rip off! If u do win they won’t pay u out! AVOID at all costs! U might as well chuck your money down a grind than play this site! I’ve learnt the hard way, I should have read all the BAD reviews before playing myself! Lesson learnt stay well clear!!!!

Gave a one can't give 0 ,tried to withdraw with the same method I deposited with which was a debit card now they say can only withdraw with the options it gives which don't include debit card only credit cards, so have shut my account with a 170 pound balance as I would never be able to be paid

I have waited over 6 weeks for a 100 GBP withdrawal,the cystomer sevice is outsourced so havbe no idea whats going on. I have tried three different email address's and they have all failed. I have reported them to the financial ombudsman and also the gambling commision. There license is fake as the commison have confirmed that they do not have one with them. This site is a comeplete con and I URGE people never to use it. I am even contenplating going on the DARK WEB and seeing if there is a group that would take them down. I tried cancelling the withdrawal of £400 and withdrawing £100 at a time but it is nearly 7 weeks now and no sign of the money. Also they have moved from love casino 1 to love casino 2 which to me screams sus!

Last time I checked they were no longer operating at love casino 1 but were love casino 2. All the issues previously raised I can't help agreeing with, customer service pointless , never reply to emails, seems impossible to contact anyone other than customer support who are no support. Withdrawals sit there for weeks with no explanations. however after winning £500 and getting nowhere with withdrawal I asked them to cancel the withdrawal so I could carry on playing and then withdrew 100 pounds at a time which were paid some quicker than others (48 hrs) longest was 10 days . I won't deposit further but eventually got the money I had won.

Change your cards as soon as you deposit here. Otherwise you will be left with no money in your account. It will end up in various countries, most of them in Africa

Won £750 , been waiting for my withdrawal for weeks, everytime I ask where it is I get told to be patient, disgusting customer service, complete scam.
UPDATE, after numerous chats and emails love casino will still not pay my withdrawal. It has been 6 weeks now, they constantly avoid paying. DO NOT deposit on this site.

Similar experience to others but I potentially have a solution to those trying to withdraw. When I first started I had two small withdrawals go through very quick however I then won a decent amount. After over a month of it still pending and being fobbed off like others I read a comment about there being an automatic approval on small amounts. Contacted live chat asked them to cancel my withdrawal, I then did a withdrawal of £150 and within 24 hours in my bank. I repeated this process a few times and eventually got my winnings. 100% a scam site with a fake license, DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY HERE. If you already have follow my steps above and you'll get some or all of it back.

Absolutely a scam casino…… I’ve deposited more than £300 in this casino and I got a nice cash out of £400 more than a month ago and still waiting till this day. When I speak to them on chat they say the same thing please be patient we are working on it or our payments department are very busy with a lot of withdraws. Well.. I've been holding off writing this review... So here goes. Firstly I am in complete disbelief that we are hopeless in being able to reach out to anyone for support with casinos that are clearly operating illegally.
My story is obviously not dis similar to probably thousands who have aired their frustration and even more that have not. Let's be clear here, we all make the choice to gamble, we don't have the right to blame anyone else for this. However! When we follow the guidelines and terms and conditions of the site to be VERIFIED which I STRONGLY advise everyone to do before making any deposits before playing on ANY SITE!. So this is my story. I signed up, added all the verification which took weeks to verify because I did not deposit before... this was finally verified, and feel they did this so I would deposit which I did once fully verified, fool me.
So I made various deposits and losing, hmmm . I made another deposit and WON.. not what I'd deposited but hey, I won. £ 471.00. Not a lifechanging ammount but thought, cut your losses. I decided to withdraw. This was the 9th of November 2023. According to the T&Cs this can take between 7 to 21 days. So I waited patiently for 21 days... After numerous contacts with online support who by the way are an outside support platform, so if you are hoping to get any help from these guys forget it!! They do NOT CARE!! The contact details are FAKE. The phone number is FAKE. The licence is FAKE!! THEY DO NOT HAVE A LICENCE!! I have screen shot all my conversations, which are are a repeat of each other. I am now on day 26 which is 5 days over the period of payout. Baring in mind they don't include weekend, only business days..
I will keep contacting on a daily basis but do not expect receiving my money any time soon, if at all.
My advice is, stay clear of this site as it clearly is not one to be trusted. I played on Milky Wins Casino and they pay out in two days. This site is one to be trusted and have a huge selection of games. I will keep updating and by any miracle I do get my winnings I will let you all know....But please let my experience avoid you from being another victim of this illegal casino...

As of today 2nd January 2024 I still have NOT recieved my money!! The Support chat just keep saying be patient!! Tbh I now know that they have no intention of paying out. So I have made a complaint to curacao-egaming.com/ and I suggest you all do the same and get this site taken down.
