Terrible Customer Service for a return of poor quality pajamas.
I placed an order for some cute Christmas pajamas for my family. When they arrived, I was very disappointed in the quality. They were very thin and the color was not crisp. The fabric was described on the website as 100% cotton but the tag on the PJ's stated 35% cotton, 65% polyester. The website also stated that these were machine wash but the tag on the Pj's stated "Professional Dry Clean recommended"!! I reached out to customer service to request a refund and they asked me to return these to China and that they would refund the shipping as well once it was received. I just received a letter from USPS International saying that I owe a customs tax -- this is after paying $85.00 for return shipping to China! Customer Service has not responded to me since I sent them a copy of that letter!!
4/28/25 I received a response from customer service apologizing and saying they would issue a full refund. Once I receive the refund, I'll revise my review to reflect this exchange.

Do Not Plan on Returning Them!
We bought $269 of pajamas. They arrived with the sizes all running smaller than normal and strange wide necklines. To return them we had to cover shipping and the cheapest rate at UPS to China was over $500. Tried to call the number on their website. There was no greeting and it just went to voice-mail. We left a message and sent an email and are waiting for a reply.

BEWARE - This company uses a fake address, phone number and probably email too to conduct business. We are a local owned business that keeps receiving their returns in our mailbox. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BRAND. It seems as if they are a brand from China doing shady business.

Polyester, not organic cotton as advertised
Cute designs. Pants are all WAY too long and shirts run a bit big (so don't bump up your size!). Shipping was a bit slower than the promised 'Expedited Shipping' that was purchased. The major issue is that it says "Organic Cotton" as the material on the website but it is 95% Polyester, 5% Elastane. I'm also concerned about how long the image on the front will last: it is not screen printed, it is an adhered plastic image. I'd buy them again, but you can't advertise a completely different material, especially when so many people have adverse reactions to polyester.

These pajamas are polyester not cotton. It was a shock and huge disappointment. I appreciate that they got to me before Christmas from China of all places-but I am not able to give them to my adult son a daughter-in-law.

BEWARE fraudulent shipping procedures!
I ordered a set of pajamas for my family. The color was not as it was on website. Should of been a sage but it came as a ugly grey. Material was thin and cold feeling. I decided to return and the customer service sent me back a China address. I took them to UPS to return and the COST was quoted as $500-$800 to ship!! I was outraged. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal. I disputed the claim and won my money back. Pajamas are trashed now. BEWARE ! They even stated on Website…Easy returns with in the United States!

They Lie and Misrepresent
This company falsely advertised pajamas as mostly cotton, but they were mostly polyester, which I would never buy. One set of the six pair I bought had mismatched sizes. They initially said I could return for a refund. It cost $85 to return them to China. They said they would refund the shipping charge. They lied. They refused to accept the package at Customs and, six months later, they were returned to me! They never refunded the $200+ they owed me. Very frustrating email experience with another unscrupulous Chinese company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
