Ordered 2 necklaces and delivery was quick and I was kept updated frequently, the necklaces themselves are lovely and will be cherished by the people I got them for.

Very easy site to use . Seem less kept me informed all of the way and was delivered when they said it would be . Lovely keepsake of our dog . It is a little difficult to view properly but I think that is user error more than anything else . They do provide instructions on how to best view

I was told 3-5 days from the website I then reached out after not getting any update for 7 days. I was then told 5-10 days. But didn't have any update or reached out too (unless I did) between then. The person who responded to me was nice. However all I kept getting was an apology and appreciation for my patience. That is not good enough. It reached day 12 and my order hadn't even been shipped. I had too reach out again for it to finally be shipped out. Even with the delay they left it another day to ship it out knowing it would not be with me for the day they assured me it would be. I am still yet to receive my items. I ordered for a funeral. I do not have my items. (I ordered in plenty of time for what the website told me and even the second time line I was given) I'm sure the jewellery is lovely (once I finally get it) but the process as a whole would make me avoid this company in the future.

Bought two items, both the same. Took longer than expected to arrive (although I think this was the carrier rather than a fault of the company.) Both look fabulous, although they're Christmas presents, so can't comment on longevity or durability as yet, however I was spammed to high heaven with emails trying to convince me to purchase the jewellery boxes and asking for reviews, which I couldn't give as I hadn't yet received the order.
Excellent price, really well packaged, and the initial updates were great, I just felt let down by the volume of emails received after that.
Will definitely shop here again, but I'll be unsubscribing from the emails as early as possible.

Such a lovely projector bracelet was received for my best friend as her uncle recently passed away. I wanted her to have something special to remember him on the tough days. She was over the moon with her bracelet and has worn it every day since receiving it.

Item did not arrive within the delivery timeframe so item was rendered useless as it was a gift for someone who has now moved away. Refused a refund despite being late. Wouldn't use this company again.

Got my necklace as a surprise for my wife to remember her nan by. The necklace was produced and delivered within the set out time frame. I was worried that the item said a label had been produced and despatched but royal mail
had no updates for a few days, i emailed and the got back almost immediately and chased on my behalf, the item arrived within a couple days with royal mail tracking updated so i would mark customer service as very good in this instance, thank you for helping me give my wife a lasting memory to wear.

Quick and easy to order the neckless. Good quality product. Being able to get a quick response to a question about delivery and advice on getting the best out of viewing the image. A surprise additional gift was nice. Customer services are very good and quick to get back to you. All in all would purchase from them again
