Misleading - Be Careful

Misleading - Be Careful. I placed and order for over $140. The NOOD site states the shipping is free for a purchase over $75. NOOD charged me $46 (FOURTY SIX) for shipping. If I knew this was going to happen I would NOT ORDER FROM NOOD. I sent and email which NOOD ignored. I then asked to cancel my order which NOOD denied. BE CAREFUL TO ORDER FROM THEM. The NOOD customer service is non-existent. NOOD only want you to order and then you are on your own

Our website clearly states “Free U.S. Shipping on all orders over $75” on every page. This policy applies to domestic orders only. For international orders, shipping costs, customs, and duties are determined by the destination country — and are outside of our control. We also make it clear that customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer, as these are country-specific regulations.

To help avoid surprises, we offer Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) options at checkout, which allow customers to prepay all applicable fees upfront.

That said, we understand your frustration and have gone ahead and refunded your full order. You should see that reflected back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

I have quite large boobs and these are…

I have quite large boobs and these are a game changer for me. They hold my boobs up and are super comfortable - I feel like I'm not wearing a bra but my boobs are where they should be . They are a bit pricey - that's the only thing but for me they're worth the freedom to wear what I want .

Ridiculous customer service

Ridiculous customer service. Beginning to believe they are scammers.
I placed my order on December 10th 2024 and in two days my order was cancelled saying they don't have enough stock. And ever since I have been chasing them for my refund. At first they had me believe that they processed the refund and had me chasing my bank. My bank asked me to request an ARN number for the refund transaction. This is when we start going in circles and I was finally told the refund is not processed and I was asked for my credit card details, then confirmed a few days later it's been processed. A week later when I.followed up after the confirmation they asked for my bank details. Now upon follow up I am asked to provide my PayPal account?!! This is ridiculous.
Never make the mistake of purchasing from them.
Dahlia from the customer service team keeps apologising for the inconvenience caused and requests more personal information.

What a shame, I am all in support for women-led brand, this has been my worst online experience.

High prices don’t come with good customer service apparently…

I had really high hopes for this company and its products. Firstly I would just avoid if you have a firmer breast and looking for volume as they are rock hard and just sit on the outside of your boobs and create a bulge I can see how they may work for looser breasts… I contacted customer service as I don’t believe they worked how they were supposed to and asked to return which they said I’d have to pay for myself. Considering your charging these kinds of prices return fees should be factored in when you can get a similar product on Amazon. I wanted quality products but didn’t get quality customer service.

Dismissive customer service that basically said ‘soz you need to return at your own expense’ AND they will take a return fee of the refund… bizzare

I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but after returning the item at my own cost it was received by them almost 2 weeks ago now. I have not even had an acknowledgment of my return and I have contacted their web chat twice that’s says ‘we are not online so we will email you’ and I have been ignored so I have now had to open a pay pal case to get my money back.

HUGELY disappointed I ordered from here instead of Amazon because I thought I would also get quality customer service. Apparently not.

Truly a Game Changer!

As a larger chested women, I’ve always struggled with strapless bras and had given up on wearing backless or strapless styles. That is until I found the Game Changer, this has truly changed what I can wear. I honestly can’t believe it works for my H cup chest! It really is a Game Changer!

DON’T PURCHASE FROM LOVE NOOD/NOOD UK

Despite placing an order for over £100 and contacting them upon receipt of items (to exchange one item for smaller size) I have had no response from customer services - website states 90 day exchange/refund service. I have emailed on numerous occasions with no response.

Received my stick on adhesive covers…

Received my stick on adhesive covers today, and the seal has been broken, NOOD wouldve know before they sent them to me that the deal was broken! I think it’s disgusting to send to a customer when a pervious customer has tried on and then returned them!

Unfortunately we use a third party warehouse and while they have clear instructions not to put anything back to stock with a broken seal, its possible this slipped through the tracks. TERRIBLE cutomer service…

I have been trying to contact customer service to return a duplicate order. I cannot remember how many emails I have written to date. No answer.
It's funny cause the customer service was super efficient before placing the order. They even offer to help me with my order and then proceed to ignore all my messages. Unbelievable.

Do yourself a favour and don't order through their website. I have lost over 100 pounds on merchandise Im not gonna use.
Also, if you're still thinking of placing any orders, be aware that their mobile website is terribly designed. It would prompt you to place another order immediately after you enter your payment details, sometimes suggesting the same product you just ordered. This is how I ended up with two of the same product.

Update: I got a refund for my order, but I had to chase the company for it. Many unanswered emails

Blisters and non existent customer service

Having received my order (Game changer lift & shape pack), I read the instructions and placed the patch test circles on each breast for 4 hrs. Having had no reaction I used a set the next eve, following the instructions very carefully. So imagine my surprise when I removed them 4 hours later to discover that 5cm blisters had formed under the top of the ‘bra’ on each side. There was no discomfort or pain to warn at all. I approached the company via email twice with accompanying pictures to ask for a full refund and it’s been 48hrs and not even so much as an acknowledgment has been received. The blisters are very sore and extremely visible. From my experience I would not advise buying this product,

It works but be mindful because it ripped some of my skin off and that was before I tried to pull it off.

I’m hoping it heals and doesn’t scar!! Do not put it so far up your décolletage where your skin is more delicate.

The best boob tape for larger bust! I'm a 34F and always struggled to get tape to hold in place all night long! This stuff works!! Takes practice, but definitely recommend for larger busted women

THE BEST BOOB TAPE EVER! I cannot recommend this company enough. Finally a company has considered the big boob community and found a product that WORKS. I’m a 34 GG and I have tried many other companies in the past and nothing worked until now. The tape is water proof, sweat proof and holds them in place all day long! I’m so happy, I will definitely be a returning customer that’s for sure!!
