I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 weeks ago, and haven't received anything. I sent an email and got an automated response which suggests it is a scam based on the way it is written in really bad English. Don't order

It's OK. However the fit isn't great. I was expecting something a bit better for the price.
The returns policy is rubbish, its just best practice to have a return easily available with any purchase made online if your an ecom business.
I'll made do for now. But it has been a disappointing purchase.

It wasn't until I ordered that i saw the reviews and I was very worried my parcel would not arrive or be what i ordered, I was very wrong. Wonderfully packed in a sealed sleeve and was the exact size and colour, I emailed them to follow up and got a reply and updates even after my last email. Cannot complain, maybe I was lucky but I am very pleased.

This is a complete scam - so many of the reviews here match my experience. Still waiting for my covers - they have emailed me but first after waiting for well over a month they emailed to say they couldn’t find my address (and I received suspicious text messages asking for postage to be paid to cover insufficient delivery costs). When I assured them the address was correct they said I’d have to wait another 20-30 days. I asked for a refund - funnily enough this wasn’t forthcoming but they have discovered I’ll only have to wait for a week. I asked for a refund. One email confirmed I would be refunded in 3 working days - the next email said the goods were in transit to me and couldn’t be recalled…..am now awaiting my covers but from what other reviewers say I won’t be holding my breath…

Bought 2 x 2 seater settee covers..... arrived after a long wait... too small !! Tried to get a return address but not forthcoming. I am going to return to an address in Richmond Upon Thames I have found on their website. 71.98 out of pocket !! not cheap !! Didn't realise they would be shipping from China wish I had checked them out before purchasing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They didn’t even bother replying to my email which I send 1 minute after ordering. Nowhere does it mentioned that the item gets shipped from China. If I wanted to buy from China I would have done that myself, without a middleman.

Item covered in hair cheap and ugly refused to refund me unless item posted to China. Avoid!

Do not buy from them - I ordered dark blue and they are green. The return is in China so too expensive to send back. I will take their 15% refund and dye them blue.
They are a scam as it claims to be a UK company but they are in China and took 5 weeks to arrive.

I ordered a three seater but a website fault (or their scam???) changed it to a one seater size at checkout without me noticing.

I realised the fault when I went to purchase the correct size after they offered me 15% refund for the incorrect size.

Easy returns is a complete lie too as it costs nearly as much as the product to return it to China!

I have sent screen shots to show what is happening but they refused to refund me or send the correct size.

Wish I'd checked these reviews first!!

I had previously thought that this was a scan, particularly as I had waited a long time for the chair covers and I had a suspicious e-mail which I believed came from them requesting an additional postage payment. I was unable to e-mail them as the e-mail address they were using bounced my e-mail. As I had paid through PayPal, I took the issue to them as item not received. They contacted the supplier and I then got a prompt reply from the supplier who said that the delivery had been delayed due to Covid but they had been dispatched. Lo and behold, the covers arrived the next day. It appears that they were on the way all the time, The suppler asked me to revise my PayPal review.This is the revision.

The covers are OK but not the greatest quality.

However, it is very bad that you can't contact them direct. I won't be using them again. If they hadn't been delivered I'm sure I could have got my money back through PayPal.

I ordered two sofa covers from this company using the measurements on their website. Discovered after ordering they were coming from China. They took a while to arrive. When they did they were far too small and did not look good at all. The ties underneath were sewn on in the wrong places so the covers didn’t sit right and there was not enough material to tuck down the sides. I was told I had to pay to ship back to China. They refused to pay return shipping even though the items were not fit for purpose. I gave in and took them to the post office to post and was told it would be £65 postage! I didn’t post them and contacted the company. They offered me a 15% refund which is not acceptable. I wrote a review on their website to warn others but it’s nowhere to be seen. I still have not resolved this. Avoid

I wished I had checked here before purchasing these covers. Company in China and refund and returns they state are applied for when you return the goods tracked which costs a huge amount. I tried to write a review on their page and it doesn’t show only the 4 and 5 star ones. Avoid at all cost. I would also like to see google take them down the engine search or pop some link on for reviews here as this company is clearly getting money for nothing. The quality isn’t great either and every email takes 24 hours for any response. Oh and their website comes up as Lovesweetstyle now.

Their website claims purchased items can be returned but this is misleading. I had the options to either ship the items back to China for return or to have 15% refund. This is not a proper way to conduct business in the UK. Also, their English is quite bad which does not facilitate the communication.

I purchased chair covers and they are perfect , a beautiful transformation to my dinning chairs , really pleased with my purchase … great quality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Avoid at all costs, I made a big order with this company. First order arrived and the items were damaged and very poor quality, cushion covers had holes in and weren't even sewn straight, I sent emails asking for a return the asked if i could wait for my second order to arrive, that order was just as bad, the company kept refusing to pay for the return shipping even though the website states is does if the customer paid shipping to begin with (I already paid shipping). They then blocked all my emails. Luckily for me I paid via PayPal, I took it all up with them and I finally got my money back through a PayPal dispute. I would give 0 stars if I could. The only good thing about it was I was actually able to track my order from dispatch to my door. Please don't waste your money and get caught up like I did

Don’t worry when you not satisfied you will not get a refund the mat is not the correct colour and very small they make you believe is larger than it actually is not good at all no response from customer service so time to get on to my bank for a full refund this is a crap company from China

Really impressed with the covers shame it doesn't state its from China, took two weeks from order so not to bad. 100 pounds for 3 covers also not bad
