I wish I looked at these reviews before a bought sofa cover. As the other reviews state. My cover didn’t fit, ties broke off and the return cost to china was astronomical. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Cheap products, wrong colours delivered, one cover had a stain; the returns policy looks good until you realise that the cost of returning to China is multiples of the initial purchase price. Waste of money, don’t bother.

Avoid at all cost. This company is in china not Uk. I’ve been waiting since November for my order. Was told it was in transit and given details that it had left airport. I waited then queried to be told it was delayed. Queried again given a tracking number for Hermes. Contacted them to be advised they did not have anything. Queried again and all I get is it’s in transit have you tried post office!!!! Well what post office there a quite a few in the UK and of course I get no where. The last tracking showed Slough, well that’s only 5 hrs over 290 miles away! I have requested a refund only for them to say they can’t as it’s in transit. I’m so angry at myself for using this company so don’t want anyone else to get ripped off so AVOID do not use

I felt I needed to add a little perspective for people, after having read all the negative reviews myself (AFTER I had purchased) and being really worried the sofa throw I had ordered would never turn up! I ordered on November 26th, and it arrived today December 13th, so less than 3 weeks and I have to say the xl sofa throw is pretty blooming good value for £42 - you could easily spend double that for something of similar quality. The colour is exactly as expected, it is polyester, so stretches well to cover the various contours of the sofa, but because of the woven design it actually looks like wool or cotton. It nicely covers our large 4 seater sofa, it doesn’t extend all the way down the back, but this doesn’t matter as the sofa sits against a wall. I nearly ordered the smaller size, so glad I didn’t and would recommend going larger than you think. I might be one of the lucky ones but I really can’t criticise the product or the customer service. I tracked its progress through the Shop app, and was a little concerned when it didn’t move from one Chinese depot for 8 days, but when I queried it the customer service got back to me with reassurances within 24 hours.

First of all this company is based in China not in the U.K. as originally thought. I ordered a single and a double sofa covers and both of them are too small despite using your measurements guide from your website. The quality is ok.
I emailed them and they want me to return it to China at the cost of £80. What a rip off!!!

Spent £52 on stretch covers waited 4 weeks as come from china , 1 of the covers was way too big , so did not have a matching set , they wanted me to post back at my expence and offered me 25% refund , I made a claim through paypal and got refunded full amount My advise is do not bother with this firm they got your money then dont care .

Ordered cushion covers for my couch were to small even though I went with there size guide.have been trying to return They don't give you return slip still waiting on reply.defenetly would not order from there again

Ordered cover for sofa cushion.Measured correctly and thought it would probably be to big.However it was so small it would not fit.Please be warned,I wish I had read reviews.

Do not order anything from this site which you may need to exchange!! The return policy omits to say that you have to pay for the items to be tracked and posted back to China, which costs a fortune!! The goods were fine in quality but the wrong size and therefore a complete waste of £54 - hope this saves someone from the same fate!!

Further update 13 1.22

After an array of e mails to love style and their replies (16 in total), and bearing in mind I ordered in October (see my original review) the chair covers arrived. They are awful and fit terribly and look very cheap. But that’s the chance you take. After all of the hassle to even get them in the first place, I will not be attempting a refund but I will not be doing any further ordering from this company.

I ordered chair covers last month. I received an e mail saying they are on their way from Hermes. Then another one to say there had been a problem and then nothing. I tried to chase it up. Used the e mail given on my confirmation order which was some random g mail address. They replied and said my address was incomplete on the order and for me to chase up with my post office, although I think they meant Hermes. They gave me an 0330 number which was wrong. It told me to ring another number which was an automated voice asking me to put in the tracking number but it would not recognise it. I then sent an e mail to the Hermes address they gave me but it would not send. Also I can no longer e mail the company itself as that won’t send. I tried to chase it up with Hermes myself who want a tracking number and postcode (maybe the postcode was entered wrong initially) so they can’t help me. So it leaves me having paid for the product and not received but can’t get through to anyone to chase up and/or get a refund. My last hope is leaving a message on their website chat but no response so far. Will never buy from them again!

Looks like I was one of the few lucky ones who had a very positive experience with this company. I, too, haven't realised at the start that I'm dealing with a company based in China, which explained long delivery time. My issues where delt with appropriately. I ordered a bed canopy and received it in a wrong colour. I notified the company using the email that you find below your order. Note this is different to the generic email on their website. The email address looks a bit dodgy, but it is the one they reply to. I was offered either a partial refund, or to be sent the item in the right colour. I chose the latter option and expected to be asked to post the wrong colour item back, but the company confirmed I don't need to do that while they still post the right one. A week later I received the item I actually ordered. So overal a very positive experience. The bed canopies are made of nice material and colours are true to the pictures on the website.

Avoid this company, I thought I was buying from a UK company but it is CHINESE. As usual nothing from China measures as stated, they expect me to return item and pay postage again even though I measured carefully before placing my order.

I ordered a bed canopy from them, i didn’t like the colour and it didn’t suit the bedroom and decided to return. They are refusing to refund and give return information because they said I received the correct item. On their website it says returns are possible if unused and in original packaging which it is. I normally check reviews first, wish I had done that this time around.

I ordered first and then seen negative reviews and wasn't holding much hope in my order. I was very surprised to find that the chair covers were of good quality, correct colour and fitted very well. In my opinion for the money they are very good and I am pleased with them. Ordered on 20th September and received 4th October.

After ordering from this company I read the refuse and thought I’d made a massive mistake! However I’m very happy with my purchase it took a while to come but I emailed them about that and they were quick to reply and kept me updated until the day my throw arrived. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones but I’m a very happy customer

Do not buy from this company. As with the other reviews they do not answer emails. I ordered white chair covers they were more a dirty cream. I tried to return but they will not send a return address. Sadly I didn't read these reviews until it was too late. Don't make the same mistake.

Not yet received the goods, so cannot comment on that yet. However, I have ordered a sofa throw for 49.99 GBP with free shipping. My card has been charged 50.49 GBP + my bank has charged for a non sterling transaction. It's only a couple of pounds extra, but this was not flagged up when making the purchase. The website makes it look like it's UK based.
After reading the other reviews, I only hope my order arrives!

The sofa cover didn't fit my sofa despite following their measurements. Wouldn't refund me until I paid for redelivery at a cost of £80 back to China. Needless to say will not recommend this company.
