I had a great experience overall. The ordering process was smooth, and my items arrived in good condition. The quality met my expectations, and everything matched the descriptions provided. Customer service was also responsive and helpful when I had questions. I would consider ordering again in the future.
I had a great experience with Love XO Clothing. The quality of the clothes really stood out - the material feels durable but still soft and comfortable, and the fit was exactly as expected. you can tell attention has gone into both the design and overall finish of each piece.
Ordering was smooth, delivery was quicker than I thought, and everything arrived nicely packaged. It's always a good sign when a brand delivers exactly what it shows online, and Love XO definitely did that for me.
I've already worn a few items and had people ask where they're from, which says a lot. Overall, really solid brand with good value for money - I'll definitely be ordering again.

Absolutely shocking . Ordered boots for daughters Xmas present in dec . Still not arrived !! Emailed numerous times . Funnily I was watching a consumer program last night and I thought I’d email again … shock I got a reply today apologising . Boots are apparently out of stock now so will get refund !!! Funny that when I was told they were in transit in January .

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a pair of boots on 4th November and still haven't received them. Whenever they do actually respond to emails it's generic responses with nobody addressing the actual issue. Avoid at all costs, just a scamming online retailer. I now have to try and get a refund through my credit card company.
