Love Your Lights  Avis 410

We purchased a range of lights including Christmas lighting and fairy lights for close to $200. The USB star fairy lights were defective since the very beginning and some bulbs were not working. My husband phoned to inquire about a replacement or a refund. They refused to reimburse or exchange the defective product and gave us a free shipping option for our next order. We were advised not to wrap this model of fairy lights as they are delicate, and they should be kept in jars, which we did following their recommendation. They have now caught fire. This is really unsafe and I was lucky to be around when this happened. If it had been kept in a bedroom for instance, we may have had a fire. I am not impressed by their customer service. From a customer perspective, not getting a refund or a replacement for a faulty product is nonsense. Furthermore, now that they have caught fire, I have concerns with their policy as this appears irresponsible. As much as I like fairy lights, that is not worth the risks. We now have multiple sets of lights we are reluctant to use. Not impressed.

The lights are great and work as described. They arrived quickly and were well packaged. They look great on my back deck!

I loved how it changed the visual impression of our house by brightening the appearance from yellow rope lights to white lighting. Not impressed that you void the warranty when wired directly. Makes no sense
