I bought a Sheer Lace Bodysuit Lingerie for my girlfriend. The fabric and the design are very good!! My girlfriend loved it and we are glad of this purchase!
When we needed assistance, the customer service team responded very quickly and were very professional!
Ok so I've been seeing a lot of badmouthing of this company online. Especially reports of customers not receieving anything after they were charged. With that said I wanna set things straight and share my experience.
Firstly while communication is strained, only really having a tracking number to go off of, I did receive my order after 2 weeks. My bigger issue with the company overall is the pieces feel extremely cheaply made & in some cases are really complicated.
I ordered 2 items, a cute sweater body suit type deal, super frilly & shy girl energy & a bra/panty set with a skirt.
The skirt/thong were really itchy and caused chaffing despite following the size chart. The bra was super cute and nice fit. Meanwhile the cute sweater piece was so complicated feeling more like a DIY craft project. It took me legit 20 minutes to lace the peice together.
This for me is not the vibe I want when trying on lingerie. With that said site is legit & trustworthy just not for me.

If the skirt/thong caused discomfort, even when following the size chart, that’s definitely not the experience we want for you, and we’ll be reviewing the fabric and cut for future improvements.
For the sweater-style piece, we understand that the lacing design can be a bit fiddly and more time-consuming than expected. We’ll take this into account as we work on making our more intricate styles easier to put on and wear.

I recently made a purchase online via Apple Cash for $35.98 not only did they take my money but they have not sent product. The customer service email is not valid. They are scamming people. I am trying to g to get a refund from Apple Cash. Be very aware of this company they are terrible
