I had some technical difficulties (caused by my own negligence) in which made it impossible to use the server I bought. Not only did I receive prompt service from the Customer Support Team, I also received a full refund of my purchase. I cannot stress how excellent the Customer Support Team are.

Ok, If u need some support, join their discord and find some online mods.

An absolutely shocking company. Cancelled two servers, they continued to bill me for one of them. I raised a dispute against them and it was refunded and I was advised it truly had been cancelled. I have now just had to raise another dispute against them as they've taken money from my account for a server cancelled 3 weeks ago.

They will appear as swiftping.co.uk despite being low.ms. I will never use this company again and would heavily discourage anyone from using them. They just seem completely disorganised and not capable of cancelling a service.

After a brief visit in hell with Nitrado worst customer experience, a quick visit hère and I fell in love.

I bought an Arma 3 server, and where as it took me 3 hours to setup the mods with Nitrado, it only took me 10 minutes here with their workshop tool !

They are the BEST server providers, no doubt! We had the worst experience with Nitrado for a month, issue after issue, every 2 days pretty much, ticket after ticket, unplayable server, and no replies from support, no apologies, no customer service, terrible.

We thought all providers would have similar service, and we were very doubtful about changing because we had to migrate our saved game and many things could go wrong. But oh boy, going to LOWMS has been one of our best decisions ever! The migration went so smoothly, zero days server down, I used their Discord to ask a couple questions the first days and got a reply in minutes, their support and customer service is TOP NOTCH! Very kind and friendly.

We absolutely recommend them and as soon as our schedules permit it again we will contract with them 100%. BEST SERVER PROVIDERS!

We have hosted over many months with low.ms and have been pleased the entire way through. Great prices, great services. It's as simple as that.

Very fast and effective service. Also one of the cheapest out there with some very respectable specs on their servers. The customer service can be a bit slow when there is high demand which is obvious, but when they get to you they are very fast, quick and polite while handling any problem you throw at them. Also, they have a discord where not only staff can help but there are many community members willing to chip in and help if you have an issue that they have encountered before. Most of the issues I have encountered I caused myself, and I have not run into many, if any at this point in time, issues that their service may have accidentally committed. Thanks for the service and I am excited to keep using it in the future.

I honestly really enjoyed this service. Easy to set up, cool mods, lots of options, you can change the map to what you want, you can do anything you want, its honestly amazing. I almost never lagged once on this server and I bought it for only 10 dollars. Would buy again.

Very happy with the specs of their dedicated servers along with very caring support. When my set-up stopped working normally, they went out of there way to talk to me in real-time and help me out with something that wasn't even their fault. They're always open to help.

Very happy with the quality of the servers. I'm Running a rust server called Anarchy Survival 1000x on Rust and It's been great!!

Great hosting for Stormworks, the game has it's problems but lowms have been great at helping us out with the server :)

Never had a single issue. Fast customer service, solid servers and incredible value for money.

Out of all hosting providers. This is by far the top choice in my list. Simple UI with a mod manager included making is hassle-free when downloading specific mods. It is expensive if you want asian server but its worth the payment.

If you’re looking for issue free, and cheap servers. Take a look at low.ms. I’ve had this server for over 2 months now and without any issues. The staff doesn’t shy away for extra help either. as they are almost responding instantly everytime. Im getting my 2nd server as we speak! 5/5

I've had an excellent experience with low.ms, my server was hosted very reliably and the team was exceptionally fast to help take care of issues that arose (because I'm dumb and make mistakes) as well as with questions regarding general maintenance or advice. I will definitely be continuing to go to low.ms for all of my hosting needs.

Hosting is usually good but customer service , answering tickets is appalling it can take 24 hours before getting a reply and a resolution .

I have hosted with Low Ms for a few months now; tried to get a Empyrion server up but due to the files we couldn't get it to work properly (Jellyfish spent 16 hours working back and forth with me on it) So instead I swapped to Conan Exiles and it's been great.

Price is great, help is great, server is great

All in all an awesome service
