Jazz helped us so much! We have a big team, and it was a multi-week process to get everything right. Jazz was very patient, and worked out several options for us. She also made some good suggestions on our itinerary, which we ended up using!

They claimed I was a no show on my flight yet the airline agency cannot even find my name or ticket given all the information needed. This company suddenly disappeared on me when I asked to see the emails of the airline claiming they need more records of my accident in order to decide on the refund. When I was providing details however, the airline was APPARENTLY replying within 24 hours if not instantly. I even reached out to the manager and he keeps claiming the ast. Manager is doing all he can. This agency is not trustable at all, if you do book please get the travel insurance and confirm the airline actually sees your ticket aswell. Do not listen to their advices. I now need to figure out further legal actions to take in order to get my $6000usd back.

Complete scam. Submitted payment and shortly after received a call saying one seat was not confirmed and another $1800 would get me confirmed. Stated several times refunds were not possible and referred me to airline. Manager finally agreed to not charge card only after legal action threatened. Scam site do not risk.
