Wow i woke up this morning to £1,252. I was worried at first because RIFT had once messed my tax code up, but a friend reasurred me that low fee claims guarentee to return tax codes back to normal and have the lowest fee in the u.k. Its fair to say im a happy man today!

From start to finish was really impressed with amount of help and how easy the whole process was.

I've always been put off the idea of getting a claim but now I've used low fee claims I will without a doubt be using this company again professional all the way through even though I had a bit of an issue and this was of no fault of low fee claims as HMRC had misplaced paperwork etc but low fee claims still chased this up and did all they could to get the issue rectified and they did in the end the best part of using low fee claims was the customer service was second to none and also the plus side everyone wants to hear they take the lowest admin fee so win win for everyone

I cannot recommend low fee enough, I was a first timer and the process is daunting and confusing, Steve broke it down for me and done all the work basically it was a longer process for me as I had never done it however low fee kept me informed and kept re-assuring me, I have just received over £1800. I will never go anywhere else again.
