Excellent Service
I was recommended LRCF via Gullwing cars of Bristol who I know well and trust their recommendations. Both Dan and particularly Will were super helpful, polite, calm and courteous. Will gave me a few options and walked through in detail with me rather than try and push one product at me like other firms had done. Genuine knowledge of his products and made it all very easy via digital contracts. Would highly recommend them.

Bad experience with advisors
I spoke to a nice man and he completed my application. All went well and I was accepted. Next day after signing agreement they called.me saying the underwriters had a problem with the van.
Okay I understand.. tried calling the person I delt with but never again did I speak to.him I was always directed to another person.
I was told.another lender was coming online but not until next week.
I must say this had nothing to do with my acceptance and score. I also asked them not to keep running hard searches.
Anyway 2 weeks went by still couldn't get a update apart from we cant acess the portal. No.phone call i had to.keep calling them alot.
Anyway cut a long story short, 3 weeks later got a message from person saying that lender cant do.it. (age of van).
Not a phone call or anything.
Pretty bad customer service.
Spoke to dealer 3 weeks after and he sorted fiance cheaper than them.
I feel bad leaving review like this but honestly terrible customer service.
