LPG_SAVE is a great team and each member is easy to talk to and very helpful. As a new user of LPG they got me a price for both supply and standing charge 30% + lower than the prices I had been quoted (from the same suppler).

Received an acceptable proposal on 8 Dec 2023 and a request to send photos of the tank installation. Photos sent on 12 Dec. Heard nothing, so contacted them on 4 Jan 2024 and was told 'I will have a look at this and we will get back to you asap'. Heard nothing again, so contacted them on 5 Feb 2023 to tell them forget it and was told 'We had just placed your file to one side, awaiting your tank photographs.' Other people seem to have had a better experience, so who knows.

I have subsequently had a dialogue with the Boss, who has been helpful.

Great company. We have used them twice now and on both occasions have sorted out a really good deal for us. They do all the work sorting out the new documents etc. Will definitely use them again next time we need to renew.

LPG-Save we’re recommended by a neighbour and they duly delivered a new 2 year contract with Flogas at a significantly improved rate compared with my negotiations. This was achieved with minimal fuss by friendly helpful staff. I will definitely be using them again.

Second time I have renewed my LPG contract using lpg-save. Again excellent service. Informative with excellent communication. The whole renewal experience was simple, quick and efficient. Great savings with two years of price stability at a very competitive price.

I contacted lpg save when my current contract was about to expire as I was not entirely happy with my current supplier. They dealt with my enquiry promptly and efficiently and not only saved me money on the gas price but on the standing charge as well.
Highly recommend and I will definitely use them again at the next renewal.

Waste of time. They got me a good quote, we went all the way through the paperwork, then the supplier (Flogas) they’d been working with suddenly decided they didn’t like the look of my lane. Despite the lane meeting the minimum requirements for the delivery vehicle, and despite assurances from LPG-Save that they could arrange for an initial visit to take place, they completely withdrew and refused to communicate with me. They did nothing to stick up for me with the supplier, simply taking the line of least resistance. They said they could look for other suppliers but didn’t bother to do so. They just gave up at the first attempt. Very disappointing.

This is the third time I have used this team to get me a better deal on my bulk LPG supply. Each time has been smooth, efficient and resulted in a much better deal than I could get myself.

I can 100% recommend lpg save. I first found them two years ago when they negotiated a far better deal with my supplier than I could and they have just helped me again. From the moment you contact them their service is fast and efficient, with great communication and customer service. Thanks for your help guys!

In a world where so many companies talk about good service and never dellever,I can honestly say its refreshing to say Lpg save have been efficient ,prompt and organised,any issues are dealt with promptly.
They not offer great service they get you a good price that's better than dealing directly with bulk gas suppliers.

Great service and my renewal price through LPG Save was much lower than the price offered by my supplier. Good communication and queries responded to promptly.

I have used this company for years as it takes the pain out of search after search looking for lpg gas deals , I always get a great deal and they are fantastic people as well ,very efficient service.

Fantastic! I was out of contract and my supplier wouldn't reduce the price if I renewed. I've never used LPG-save before and I'm so glad I found them. I was offered a lower price from a different supplier. The switch over was faultless and communication was great. The only issue I had was the new Flogas direct debit amount, which was sorted by Flogas straight away over the phone. I've just had my first delivery so all good! Highly recommended 😀

Simple - fill out the online form: wait for reply: if you like the price/deal, sign: send back: wait for reply - simple.
The whole process takes about a month (for me anyway)

Complete waste of time .
Offered a switch with them to flo gas which never happened. All the information was provided and no one returned calls .(Beth and Louse)
In the end I switched myself to another supplier and ended up getting a better price which took a week to complete.
If you are thinking of switching just contact a few suppliers direct , it’s far easier.
