Excellent service! I have just had an air conditioning system fitted. Chris arrived on time and left everywhere clean and tidy. I can highly recommend Lodge Plumbing and Heating services.

We found the service provided by this company very efficient from start to finish of installing our air conditioning units. Nathan came to survey our property on 30/6, he wasn’t pushy at all and left us to think about the quotation he had provided. However, we had signed up before he had even had time to pull out of our driveway! We then had communication with Claire and Chris to arrange payment and a date for installation. The two units were then installed on 23rd July by Sam. It was the best decision made, especially given the recent heatwaves. We even received an after care call 2 weeks later from Vanessa, to check we were happy with everything. We would definitely recommend LPH services without hesitation. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Outstanding Service from LPH Services

We recently had air-conditioning units installed throughout our three-bedroom home in Hornchurch by LPH Services, and we could not be more impressed with the entire experience.

From our initial telephone conversation with Vanessa, through to Nathan’s visit three days later to survey our property and provide a quotation, the whole process was professional, informative and straightforward.

Unfortunately, there was an unexpected shortage of Bosch units available from suppliers across the UK. Chris Lodge kept us fully informed throughout, explaining the situation and reassuring us that they were working hard to source a suitable alternative. They found units manufactured at the same factory as Bosch, which we researched and were very happy to accept. Four days later, Chris contacted us to confirm that the units had arrived and, following their quality-control checks, installation could proceed the following week.

On the day of installation, Chris, Sam and Jacob sent us a courtesy text with their estimated arrival time. On arrival, they introduced themselves, explained the installation process and reconfirmed the positioning of the units and power supplies before getting started.

Their workmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. They worked incredibly efficiently while taking great care of our home. Even while drilling through the walls, they used a vacuum to minimise dust and debris, followed by thorough cleaning of the walls and floors. All packaging and waste were removed from the property and taken away for recycling.

By the end of the first day, all three upstairs units were fully operational, with the downstairs units installed and ready for completion.

On day two, we again received an estimated arrival time, with Sam and Jacob arriving 15 minutes early. The downstairs installation was completed by midday, and once again everything was cleaned, tidied and removed, leaving our home exactly as they had found it.

From the very first conversation to the completion of the installation, the entire experience was professional, informative, helpful, efficient and completely stress-free. There were no surprises, no unnecessary delays and excellent communication throughout.

I wanted air conditioning for my lounge. The unit I wanted was provided by Worcester/Bosch, companies that I knew and trusted. They put me in touch with Lodge Plumbing and heating to supply. On contacting them, I spoke with Vanessa who was very pleasant and organized a call with Nathan the surveyor who came and discussed my requirements and was very professional. At this time A/C units were very difficult to get due to demand, but they found a similar unit, which they said was the same as the one I had asked for, and you can trust these people. Chris came to install it at the end of the week, worked quickly and very efficiently and was so helpful. The new unit is great, looks nice and cools my room brilliantly. I thoroughly recommend Lodge Plumbing and Heating to anyone. I will use again if necessary.

I’m very happy with the service that we got from Lodge Plumbing: from the ease of getting a service and quote, to organising the installation, to the installation (where the engineer came esrly, was quick and efficient, and left the flat clean). Everything was smooth, the AC was as strong and as quiet as was described in the specs quote. I would definitely recommend this company.

The guys came round to get us some aircon and they were quick to install a fairly large system with zero mess all in two days!!! Can’t speak highly enough of this company. It’s the second time I’ve used them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again - great jobs guys we are really pleased

LPH were very prompt in responding to my enquiry, Nathan came out and gave us advice as to best position for unit and what to expect on day of fitting.
Sam arrived promptly on the day of fitting, LPH also advised us first thing of time slot he would arrive in. He was friendly, very tidy making sure he had left no mess. Advised us how to use it. All in all great service, would definitely use again.

I am very happy with my new boiler! Nathan is down to earth and very informative.He convinced me to go for a Grant boiler along with the warranty being 10 yrs warranty being 3 yrs longer than a Worcester boiler! Sam worked very hard to fit the boiler and have it running efficiently,Another very nice chap! Thankyou to everyone involved,some I sadly don’t remember the names of (it’s my age!).I had a Worcester boiler man come round before this and he couldn’t do any work on it as it was raining! That’s one thing but I could have been told before this so there was less chance of losing a days holiday!
