Awful service, seems to be off more than on! I pay for the fastest connection and on the rare occasions it connects it is so slow it can't be used for streaming. I used to raise tickets every time but one of their customer service personnel advised that they don't get looked at

Excellent Service, what a difference it makes to have a fast reliable WiFi service direct in our caravan.

The receiver fits externally and doesn't look unsightly, the work is completed to a very high standard ensuring the cable is well hidden on the outside. Inside, again the work is completed to a very high standard, the internal router is a nice small box that again doesn't look out of place or take up any room at all.

I would highly recommend the service epecially if you have children / grandchildren.

Cost wise, sure it would be nice not to have to pay an installment cost, however once installed it works out at £5 per week, it was easy to set up the monthly direct debits, but there are options on the payment side of things, just check out the website.

Well, so far so good, a very good and reliable signal on the basic package.

Well worth the money.
