Very highly recommend them
I have been ordering from this company for the past few years. Their products are all authentic and reliable. Their turnaround delivery time is unbelievably quick. Most importantly they have amazing customer service. They respond to emails very quickly and take care of all issues if any. I had an experience with Katherine Marson and she was absolutely amazing. I will definately use LSF Dermal Fillers again. My order got here promptly and was packaged very professionally. There was a cooling packet inside the package (because the item needed to be refrigerated), and it was still cool to the touch upon arrival. Bravo!

Hi Laura. I have spoken to the team and understand this is a result of your package requiring a signature. Any packages that are sent to an apartment have to require a signature as packages have been misplaced in the past which is costly and stressful for both parties. Because you were not able to receive the delivery the team tried their best to get Fedex to hold the package until you returned. This really isn't as a result of anything we have done incorrectly, and you should plan to be available for the delivery. For anyone reading this that has experience in receiving overseas packages, trying to change the course, or delay the process is logistically very difficult for busy shipping companies. We are happy to take the delivery back but, as this is not as a result of anything we have done wrong, it has a cost and time implication. With any dispute, we simply explain that the customer was not available and the item is being returned, then we all have to wait until it is, that it is checked, and then we refund. Saying that it 'is a racket' when we have been shipping to the States for a long time whilst maintaining a high Trustpilot score, is defamation and a libelous accusation. We wouldn't act on it, we would simply deactivate your account and refund when the package is returned, less the costs incurred by Fedex to return it plus import tax.
