Do not order from them! I placed an order previously confirmed if they mark items correctly so will be no problems with shipping company and customs.But they marked items incorrectly,parcel was seized by customs and apparently they reduce price on the invoice.They stop responding to me and never refund my money back,never offered any other way to resolve the issue.

That’s not true! I have a letter from DHl saying that you lied on invoice and for that reason none of us won’t get parcel. I submitted all to you and you don’t accept it and do not even try to refund. That was your fault,not mine🤷♀️

Hello Tara,
Unfortunately, they lied. The shipment has been seized, which means it can't be released back to you and it can't be returned because the United States FDA has taken it from DHL and put it into their custody. You won't get it and neither will the seller.
Since the seller lied to you and lied to us on their invoice, you can contest the charge with your bank.

Tarana, your account manager emailed you on the 5th and 8th March. If your order is held in customs, for whatever reason, you are not entitled to a refund as per our terms and conditions. A bad review and defamation against the LSF brand does not change this. We have followed the same shipping procedure since LSF began with very few issues (you can find them here on the Trustpilot list) and sustained a 5 star rating for over two years - during Covid when shipping was tough. The only problems have arisen from importers ordering large quantities of non-fda approved products, including toxins, from other suppliers which led to scrutiny by customs and ultimately led to ALL their shipments being seized. Problems also arise when an importer is not a qualified medical professional.

Forgot my password and was helped out with that and any other questions I had. I was happy with delivery as I pre ordered and got it sooner than expected. All around 5 🌟

Best prices, authentic product!
Authentic Juvederm product that was delivered to the US super fast. The prices are unbeatable! Product arrived fresh with more than a year expiration. With prices at $800 a syringe in my area, it's crazy to think you can buy 2 syringes well under $300.
I happen to be an RN, so I am familiar with anatomy, needles and injection techniques. I've also done training for fillers. I definitely don't recommend anyone just buying and injecting themselves....but when you have such ridiculous mark-up pricing to get it professionally done, I definitely can see why people want to. If you must dive in, I encourage you to do all the research you can on facial anatomy, techniques, complications and volume/injection points. Be safe and happy injecting!

I have been ordering from LSF for years..their team is incredible. Scott always answers my emails within a business day and shipping is FAST to US..with a day or two using DSL. I won't work with any other company!! Look for great specials several times a year!

I placed an order on Dec 9th for a “Restylane Kysse Pre-Order-Shipping ETA 21 Dec”. To me, it seems to be that I will receive my order with an “Estimated shipping arrival to be Dec 21”. It is Dec 21, and I have yet to receive an email stating that my order has been sent. I also checked my order under my account and it appears as “unfulfilled status”
I am a first time customer. I was initially emailing Glynn, which gave me reassurance about placing my order, but now I’m not so sure if this was real..

Hi Betzaida,
Your order is a 'pre order' with an estimated shipping date of the 21st Dec. We had to introduce the word 'estimated' as, with the busy season being the way it is, we cannot 100% guarantee a package will ship on the day and could be late by a day. In this case your stock arrived on the 21st, and will be shipped on the 22nd. We've been trying to make the pre-order shipping dates clearer as customers can sometimes miss the date and think it will be shipped the next day, which isn't the case with pre orders, hence why pre-orders are discounted. We have now altered the wording make this clearer. It now reads 'Estimated Shipping Date'. A lot of our competitors don't advertise a shipping date at all, so we are trying to be better than the rest.
Please let me know if there's anything else I can do,

Hi Cheryl, I'm sorry you have felt the need to give us a one star review when you could have spoken to us on the phone. We had actually sent your order early on the 13th (your ETA shipping date was the 15th, so due on the 16th) Unfortunately the Royal Mail strike has meant it hasn't arrived early as hoped, although if it arrives on Friday 16th, ** it will actually arrive on time **. We advertise 'ETA' on our Pre order shipping dates in case of scenarios such as these, but it looks like, despite the strikes we will be hitting our deadline. I will call you today to explain this and would ask you to reconsider your review. Scott
** UPDATE ** The product was delivered Saturday 17th to your neighbour. I have left a whatsapp message, email and tried to call you twice and left voicemails for you to call me back.
