this is why ups and usps is better…
so recently on may 16th, i ordered some phone cases, ipad cases, and airpod cases from shein as a gift for my parents and brother. it should’ve been delivered by may 28th (i live in arlington), but guess what? on the tracking by “LSO” it has been left as “in transit” in fort worth & dallas ever since may 27th. i still haven’t received my shein package today either. i usually have no problems receiving my packages from shein when the delivery companies were ups and usps so i don’t know why it suddenly switched to LSO. plus, ISO customer service barely does anything, i sent an email at around 10am but now by 3pm still nothing from them. then after contacting shein about this, i’ll now have to wait 5-7 days for shein to investigate on this matter.

I would give a zero! This company showing they delivered my package from fashion Nova. Firstly the address they listed they delivered isn't my address!! They are a dam scam!! They are keeping packages and lying. Go to ytube and you will see all the compliant. Thank god I didnt make a large purchase like normal!. Fashion Nova should drop this company because they are marking items delivered and its not!!! I'm so pissed! I want my dam money. If you see this company for dilvery. cancel YOUR ORDER. I was supposed to have a package delivered from Target by this company on May 17th. They didn't deliver my package until a week later I don't understand how this company is still in business. Even on the shipping label they had my address wrong. I have never even heard of this company before.

This shipping company is horrible. I have thankfully had to deal with them a handful of times and it is always a horrible experience. Delivery dates are always incorrect and never updated in a timely manner. Furthermore they do not respond when you send a message to for help/support.

If I can give 0stars I would!! I always have an issue with this company .. I expected for ups to deliver. I ordered my stuff on the 17 estimate delivery was on the 19 of may .. I just got a notification on the 22nd saying it arrived at facility in dallas … why is it over there if I’m in spring and the package was in spring already!!!!! Still have no update .. doesn’t let me contact anyone. This is irritating because you cant talk to anyone … why is this company even in service. It needs to be shut down.

0 stars!!! I ordered 2 separate orders from fashionnova and they both were marked delivered and only 1 package was there. Ive called and emailed no answer. Fashionnova keeps telling me both packages were delivered and keep showing the same delivery picture like where is my other package! I’m so pissed all my birthday clothes are in that package

At this point, if I could give a 0 star or .5 star that is what I would do. This is absolutely crazy. I ordered from Shein on 5/4 with the delivery date of 5/14 and yet it has been stuck in the same spot (15 minutes from my house) since 5/12 and it is now 5/23. Yes, stuck in the same place for 11 days. No update. No nothing. This is the worst place. I have never had suck a horrible experience.
Unprofessional
I ordered a package from Sheen and it was supposed to arrive between May 15 and May 21. It is now May 23 and I have not received my package from this company. I have called and called even texted the manager no response. this company honestly gives scam. The same exact thing has happened to my sister and we never received our package.

The reviews are right; unless you're part of the 2% you will probably end up getting a refund for whatever item you ordered. I'm ordering from shein and I'm not sure if I'm still going to get my package or if it'll be late but it's been stuck at local facility for almost a week and my delivery date estimate is tomorrow to the 25th and on top of it all their phone number doesn't work. I've never had a problem getting my packages from SheIn before but as soon as I am paired with this company I have a problem. If yours is being shipped with them, have low expectations. You could have a good experience but these people are known for suspicious activity and late deliveries.
Update guys: I feel like I have to give this a fair review. The tracking hasn't been updated but my packaged has been delivered today right before the estimated arrival. I was so worried my package wouldn't get here on time or at all. (3 stars for leaving me in the dust tho LSO)
