It’s all too complicated as my wife died of cancer and we both had different postal addresses and PCP claims. I am annoyed at how we all got into this mess.

Told no finance taken
Told no finance taken . Then sought other services. Then these people send and email saying tech error. Cant do it right first time dont bother. Services terminated as clearly stated no finance ever used on car purcase

I had finance agreements from another address but the form didn’t give me the option to put it in!

Our credit check service is designed to automatically identify agreements linked to a customer’s profile, which is why it doesn’t require users to manually enter every address. That said, we understand your concern, especially if you had agreements linked to a previous address that you were unable to input on the form.

I wish to cancel any agreement I have with you under my 24 day cooling period. Spammed with emails coming through at 6am in the morning. Only enquired online about a claim and all you get is constant bombarding. Avoid

Just Started the process yesterday…
Just Started the process yesterday 31/03/26, so far there has been three agreements unveiled (two of which I hadn’t considered) so far so good, if the the system works for me the same way it has for others then I’ll be extremely pleased.
