We have a fairly extensive website whose template was not Joomla4 compatible.
The developer of our J3 template has not managed to make it J4 compatible after two years, so we had to look for an alternative.
LTheme does offer many templates but the total functionality that was needed was in different templates and for one of the most important features we haven't found a J4 template anywhere.
LTheme then actually built an almost custom made template in a relatively short time, in just over 2 weeks, for a very good price !
Of course there were problems ... those always come in IT projects.
It was also a fairly ambitious challenge.
What is important is how LTheme team, and especially Kelvin, dealt with these problems ... open, honest, personal and service-oriented.
It's always a gamble with whom you take on a project like this, but if we had to do it over, we would definitely come back to LTheme.

Did a website installation for the first time by myself. Of cause I had same trouble .... In total we exchanged 32 mails within a week, and Kelvin solved all my problems, was always very nice and polite. Without him I couldn´t have done it. To says clearly: Programm run perfectly, I have been the problem :-)

I bought a lifetime package developer.. and now i have to buy another one.. they say is to old... i bought in 2016... so is not lifetime... The themes are ok and well done.. but if i buy another one now im not sure if i have to buy another one in 5 years like now! So is not true lifetime like they say!

Really great support and very impressive template. You know the deal, begin using a new template, spend a full day relearning how it works, knock over 95% then spend two days chasing down tiny details… its enough to drive you off the platform. This was different. This template is loaded with so many wanted features you could feel comfortable investing the time to use it over and over again. The support was very timely and bang on. I may even return to offering clients Joomla sites.

I have worked with WordPress and used several templates over the years, however, there have been rare times when I have been so impressed with the quality, agility of a template and especially with the quality and partnership of the support team, guys you are awesome!
