They took my money but never received an order email or text they're clearly a scam company do not even try and buy anything off this website.

Kept saying insufficient funds so I tried again and then it said insufficient funds again I checked my bank account the money was already taken so it was very dodgy

Ordered prior to Christmas and advertised as arriving in time… it will be here 6 days after Christmas.

This company is a SCAM. Beware and do not buy. They “shipped” my order but it hasn’t moved in weeks “waiting for pickup” and after doing research unfortunately too late it’s clear this business is not legit and this is standard practice. Posting for awareness that others are not taken advantage of and avoid this disappointment. I sincerely hope someone at this company reads this and does better. Karma will find you in spades.

If I could give -100 stars, I would! I ordered a necklace from Lucky Bear Co on 9/2/25 and never received the item. In tracking the package through USPS, it was at one point waiting on postage to be paid, like WTF! Then I checked the tracking status yesterday, and it says it was "seized by USPS for Counterfeit Postage." This company is a huge scam! Do not order from them. The company sent me several emails wanting me to rate my product (like what product?) and when I gave them a 1 star, the website kept spinning and it never took my review. So shady! I disputed the charge with my credit card company and I filed a complaint with the BBB. I sent an email to the company and they replied that they've issued me a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! SCAM!! FRAUD!! THIEVES!!

My order has not arrived even though they want a review, I checked my order # and it says they used counterfeit postage and the usps seized it so will never get, have emailed them, no response, wasted 69.00, don't buy from them.

Quality of materials is cheap. There is no way it’s gold. Letters do not sit flat on neck and it is manufactured poorly. I fortunately received an email back from
Customer service stating that the necklace was too small for my neck and that is why the letters won’t lay properly. Their solution was to offer 50% off another piece of cheap ass jewelry. They wanted me to spend more money, I stead of offering a refund.

Zero communication; I purchased a product that they were too cheap to mail to have ample postage and then not delivered. SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE..

Scam. Took my money, never received order. No answer to my emails, messages, or texts. Fraudulent business. They ship *something* so that the order seems legitimate, then the postal service sends the order back to their company due to insufficient funds. They keep your money and never fulfill your order or answer your inquiries.
