My withdrawal of AUD $11,000 is STILL unpaid after several months.
I have:
• Completed full verification (KYC) and was approved
• Been told multiple times the withdrawal is “under review”
• Received no clear timeframe or meaningful update
Only AFTER I escalated this publicly did LuckyBet suddenly claim a “breach of Terms and Conditions” — something that was never mentioned during gameplay, verification, or when my withdrawal was requested.
No evidence of any breach has been provided.
I have now:
• Issued a formal final demand
• Contacted the Curaçao Gaming Control Board
• Requested details of their independent dispute resolution provider (ADR), which they are required to provide
At this point, the situation raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency.
I will continue to update this review until the funds are paid in full.
