Luckyland casino has gotten horrible. They have been verifying my identity for 8 days not allowing me to cash out.

They have had my identity verification under pending for over a year now. Everything i win i can't claim my winnings because they can't get there shit together. They will let you win but won't let you claim it.

Luckylandslots has changed! Some of the negative reviews are true! People don't realize the change until after so many winnings they are flagged and then that's when you're no longer able to win anything! If you win it's very little. It's interesting when you play certain games the game takes all the funds down to nothing only to give you a few free spins that again don't deliver a reasonable nothing, maybe .50 - 2.00 that's not worth getting free spins and to make matters worse the game is programmed to by pass 5-6 free spins as the funds go lower then the free spin comes up at the lowest amount left to play! I believe the Controllers use such a method to get customers to purchase more Gold Coins and SC only to lose it all! Maybe not all the time however there appears to be some kind of manipulation with certain games because if this is the case I won't keep spending my money on luckyland but I'll play the free stuff, fill up my diamond, and at least it won't be my money being taken. Yes the RTD is awful and that's to get customers to purchase packages only to lose all their funds again on certain games and yes people who win often I believe are flagged! I'll never believe that the people behind the scenes are not paying attention to the games people play and win often! That's why they set the RTD low which makes it hard to win anything! Not cool!!!!! Speak up people!!!! I'll continue to play at LL but if they keep taking my funds on the free stuff I won't play as much!

Shut down my account on the other luckyland account…. Because the game would not hit I put 100 dollars on there and Not ONE bonus game but i still have this site I’ve been playing on for 31/2 years and me and my boyfriend stay in the same household and he for some reason gets the scavenger hunts and I haven’t gotten ONE also 2 other people I refer also got the scavenger hunt its so weird its like you piss one of the other site off the others fall in place too seriously can’t wait til someone sue them

LuckyLandSlots / LuckyLandCasino is straight-up garbage. Laggy, greedy, and completely unfair.

The RTP is terrible. I had 200 SC betting 2 SC on Break the Piggies and didn’t hit a single bonus—not one. That’s ridiculous. Hit a few bonuses on Khonsu, but payouts were trash.

On top of that, the packages are overpriced. $5.99 (plus tax) for 5 SC just to lose it all? Not worth it.

Overall, low RTP, expensive, and not enjoyable at all. I won’t be spending another dollar on this site.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with Luckyland in the 3 years I’ve been playing with them. They are just as legitimate as any of the other good sweeps casinos. Redemptions usually received in 2-3 business days. Sure they don’t have as big of a selection as some other sites, but they also do have a lot of games others don’t. They also have better dailies than most sites, and good monthly level up bonus deals that can be obtained with SC and GC. Do not believe a lot of these 1 star reviews, some of them aren’t even justified. I’ve never had a game glitch, the RTPs are the same as any other legitimate site and even better than some in my opinion, and I play across A LOT of other sweeps casinos. I’ve had some big wins, and sometimes consistent wins that definitely added up on Luckyland. Bought a $50 package 4/21, got it up to $600 and redeemed $500, and have already received my redemption via bank transfer on 4/23.

PS: I never really review sites, but am going to start. I would NEVER recommend any sweeps casino unless I know they are legit, and will never give a biased or dishonest review, just the truth. Everybody should give Luckyland a try. Definitely one of my favorite sites to play on 👍

It looks nice and right until the spins eats it all away. Hardly any real pay out. It has changed and is more takes than gives now. It use to be fairly fun. At times you might win some, but not anymore. The changes in the RTP are not the same now. Also depending on the choices of play most never pay back. Out of 38 spins nothing but losses. Then the other 12 spins @ .20SC only paid back $4. What a rigged spinner!

I used to Love this platform, I won 50.00 dollars recently and thought I would get my redemption since I have won once before and was given that redemption with absolute no waiting or worrys , well I was denied this redemption becuz they needed a copy of my divorce certificate from over twenty years ago and never received a divorce certificate for some reason. However I provided my valid driver license in BOTH my married last name as well as my maiden name plus birth certificate and other valid paperwork, but was denied this redemption even after winning one time before. I play alot on platforms like luckyland and have won quit a few different times and this is the only time I was refused my redemption. Unbelievable!
